Pros:

Views from the balconies. Great for watching the hot air balloons. Perfect hotel position in the town for restaurants and shops etc.
Comfortable mattress

Cons:

Quilt size didn't match the size of the bed. Bed was queen size and quilt was a double. Maybe they couldn't find a quilt big enough for the bed.

Todo muy bueno. Personal muy amable, ubicación, habitación, instalaciones y desayuno excelentes. El día de llegada pudimos entrar antes en la habitación y el día de salida nos guardaron el equipaje todo el día mientas visitabamos capadoccia hasta que volvimos por la noche para recogerlo para poder continuar nuestro viaje en el autobus nocturno.

O hotel está bem localizado, o café da manhã é ótimo. Os quartos são bons, pelo menos o da categoria que eu fiquei.

Cons:

Achei o atendimento frio, bem diferente dos outros hoteis que fiquei na Turquia. Por ser um hotel onde pagamos caros, os colaboradores deveriam ser mais simpáticos com seus hóspedes.
