Checkout is at 11am. Yet we had housekeeping barging into our room twice before we even checked out. Once around 8am and again around 10am....

I didnt like that some of the guests was rude they would bump again you and not apologize. I understand they are from othe culture but respect is respect with having manner.
I was sexually harassed twice during the stay, told staff never got a follow up never reached out. Nothing happened, staff didn’t seem to care.

Location and breakfast were both great.
Strange layout, had to walk clear around to get to our room unless we cut through the staffing area, which we got strange looks each time we did.
It was a nice place that had a lot of activities to do at the hotel as well as lots of great locations to go to nearby. We also did not have to fight for parking like other places. The staff were very kind and helpful, they also fed us well and have a great happy hour too!
If I had to complain, the bed was a bit uncomfortable for my partner and I. It hurt our backs. Parking was also expensive there for $27 every night. Also it would have been nice to have a staff member cleaning tables during breakfast they constantly cleaned around the food which was great, just the tables were being left out.

The parking. There wasn't any but we paid $27
It was very convenient to be able to contact staff via text and most times they were very quick to respond.
Parking was sometimes very hard to get closer to the evenings. Hard to get pool towels.
Size of the room was very spacious, great breakfast, fantastic property.
