Would use again, you get what you pay for.
Pros:

Fantastic location. 5 minute walk to Kensington Gardens and easy reach of several tube stations. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. Lots of tea and instant coffee available in the rooms and little soaps and body wash (though I recommend you bring your own). The weather was warm and the room had already been provided with a fan. Plenty of plugs near the bed. Staff were friendly and helpful with requests.

Cons:

The facilities were a little lacking, or rather in need of some TLC; the shower leaked out the back of the head, the sash window would slide itself shut after being open for 10 minutes which led to a very stuffy night. We were told to wedge something under it, but as there were bars in front of the window, this is not feasible. The room in general could do with a refresh, cracked tiles and marked walls and no lock on the toilet door. But in all honesty, for £64 for 2 people in the middle of Kensington for 1 night on the school holidays, I would return.

De lokatie is goed.

Cons:

De kamer was erg klein, de badkamer in een soort kast, afdrogen in de badkamer was eigenlijk onmogelijk. Je kan gewoon niet bewegen in de kamer. Het geheel kwam niet al te schoon over. De koffievlekken van de vorige gasten zaten tegen de spiegel en het stopcontact. De afstandsbediening van de tv was de vies om aan te raken. Alhoewel de lakens en handdoeken wel schoon waren. Er is geen airco, wel een ventilator.

Despite good location & friendly staff, the lack of Wi-Fi and advertised services was disappointing
Pros:

I really liked the hotel's convenient location, with excellent transport connections to central London and plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Despite that, the area is generally very quiet. The only exception was one morning when tree branches were being cut in the nearby park.

The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always willing to accommodate guests' needs.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi in my room had no internet access throughout my entire stay. Every day I asked the reception staff to resolve the issue. They were understanding and polite, but I was never able to use the internet in my room. Despite my written messages to the hotel, nothing changed.

It was only on the second-to-last day of my stay that a receptionist informed me there was nothing they could do about the problem. Booking.com was also informed and contacted the hotel on my behalf, but the hotel was unwilling to reach an agreement or offer a solution. As a result, I had no internet access in my room for the duration of my stay.

In addition, the advertised breakfast was nowhere to be found.

This was also the first time I truly experienced what "low water pressure" in a hotel means. Before staying here, I never understood why some guests mentioned it in their reviews. Now I do. The water pressure was so low that taking a normal shower was difficult, and I now understand how important adequate water pressure is for a comfortable stay.

Pros:

La zona super tranquila pero al lado de Hyde park, bien comunicada tanto en Subway como en bus y supongo que también con national rail puesto que esta relativamente cerca de paddington pero no puedo juzgarlo porque no lo utilicé.

Cons:

La habitación se encontraba en la planta -1, por lo que no había vistas a la calle :(. Hacía mucho calor y el ventilador estaba lleno de lo que yo esperaba que fuese polvo.
