Booking it again for my next stay..
Pros:

Amazing location, great staff, super clean, Japanese style beautifully decorated room, it’s a kind of boutique hotel, in a walking distance to bus stations and Nijo Station. Very quiet neighborhood, I am going to book it again for sure. Staff was very helpful too with the whole coordination for the forwarding luggage service. Free coffee in the lobby, make it perfect for a coffee and go to explore beautiful Kyoto daily. It is also few steps walking distance to the amazing Sanjo-kai Shotengai shopping arcade is less than a kilometer long but is full of old, family-run establishments, specialist shops and local life.

Cons:

I liked everything.

Convenient location. Fresh modern property.
Pros:

Property very clean and well run. In-room microwave and electric hotplate and communal coin laundry convenient for longer stays.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room design doesn’t leave space for any storage or a table and chairs, but that’s somewhat typical in Japan.
