Kein Personal, zu teuer für das was man bekommt. Der „Balkon“ ist ein Witz. Die komplette Decke des Badezimmers war mit Schimmel bedeckt und ich habe bis heute keine Antwort der Vermieter dazu bekommen. Weder bezüglich Zimmerwechsel noch wegen einer Erstattung der Kosten.

Très bel appartement, assez spacieux, très bien situé, tout près du centre historique et de la rue commerçante

Cons:

On a pas pu utiliser les deuxièmes toilettes, vu que la serrure était cassée de l’intérieur , pour ceux qui sont sensibles au bruit on entend les terrasses d’en bas. Sinon personnellement ça ne m’a pas trop dérangé

We are very disappointed because they lied on their website and never resolved the issue.
Pros:

The location was ok; most of the restaurants and shops were within walking distance.

Cons:

In our three-day stay, there were no water bottles or anything in the kitchen. We were five guests, and we booked this place because on the website it said there were three bathrooms and three bedrooms, but when we checked in, one washroom was out of order; one didn't have a door handle, so it was impossible to open and close the door. The only washroom the five guests used had slow drainage in the tub and sink. At night, cockroaches were crawling on our stuff. When we checked in, the floor was dirty with Cheerios all over. After complaining about the issues and asking for a refund so we could find another place to stay, the host's response was too slow, and they said they couldn't do anything; we should ask Booking.com to resolve the issue. To this day, we got no refund and appology. They were very unprofessional. Very disappointed and will never go back or recommend this place.

Les fotos no es corresponen en absolut amb l'anunci. També va marxar la llum, i ens van explicar que estaven fent obres de manteniment a la zona, quan en realitat era al propi edifici; és una circumstància que si era previsible, es podria haver comunicat amb antel.lació perque feia molta calor, no vam poder fer servir l'ascensor. També el motiu per què vam agafar aquesta reservan era per fer servir el locker per a les maletes, zona en la que estaven fent el manteniment i estava impracticable.

5 stars — I had a wonderful stay at AthINN Residence! The location was perfect, the room was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the hosts was easy and helpful throughout my stay, and I really appreciated being able to leave my luggage in the storage room after check-out. Everything was smooth from beginning to end. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Athens. Highly recommend!

Very centrally located, perfect for a short gettaway
Pros:

We have received very clear instructions how to find the place. Location is very central, metro and airport 24h bus is a walking distance. The main attractions are 1 metro stop away or walking. Eating places are all around. The bathroom is well equipped and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

Can be loud, noises from the street and especially coridor.
