電車の騒音がなければ最高
Pros:

・Wi-Fiルータが部屋についており、通信が非常に快適だった
・地下鉄の駅から非常に近い
・JRの駅からも近い
・駅から近いわりに料金が安かった（セール中のおかげもあるが…）
・セブンイレブンが近くて便利
・アメニティが充実している

Cons:

・電車が通るとTVの音が聞こえにくくなるくらいの騒音だった
・アメニティで耳栓があったが、それをしても電車の騒音が気になった

とても満足。
Pros:

清潔感も駅からの近さもよかった。チェックアウトが11時なのもよかった。
アメニティも充実。スタッフの対応も笑顔が見れた。

Cons:

道路を歩いている人の声が聞こえたり、京成線の線路の音で目が覚めたので、二重ガラスなど防音されていたらよかった。

Pros:

Like every review states: Location is key, close to the Yamanote line and the Tokyo Metro and Keisei line to the airport.
It is easy to go around.
A convenience store nearby.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Some free amenities and lots of stuff you can loan ( charger, iron,...)

Cons:

The train noise during daytime can be disturbing.
Earplugs are provided, and between midnight and 5:00am there aren't any trains running.
I knew this beforehand. The price/quality was too good to pass up on.

Buen tamaño pero tienes los trenes metidos en la habitación
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación, el personal y los helados de la tarde. Tienes máquinas lavadoras y secadoras.

Cons:

El paso de los trenes se oye constantemente, mas allá de las 00 h de la noche y a partir de las 5 h de la mañana.

如果淺眠的人，要好好考量一下!這邊05:30~24:00都會很吵
Pros:

沒有提供早餐，但有提供冰棒或可頌，地點離西日暮里站非常近，旁邊也有aeon開到12點，但東西比較少，像是express的類型，深夜要吃東西的話，附近也有拉麵店跟松屋，算是生活機能不錯的地方。

Cons:

這個改善不了，就是五點半開始就會有火車、地鐵經過，非常熱鬧，大約每3~5分鐘就一班列車經過；這次訂了4人房，照片上的空間頗大，但實際大約7坪，四人的行李箱建議不要對開式的，要上掀式的，不然會打不開。

駅近で安い便利
Pros:

駅近で安い！すぐ近くにスーパーがあるのでとても便利だった。またツインだったので部屋が広かった。電子レンジや洗濯機もあるので安心。
コーヒーマシーンがあるので飲みたい時に取りに行ける。

Cons:

しいていうなら古い感じ。お風呂周りの掃除が微妙だなという印象。
翌日パーティがあるためヘアセットが必須であり、
ホテルではストレートヘアアイロンが借りれると画像であったため、念のため問い合わせしてきいてみたら、
あるのと借りれると言われたが、ホテルに着いたらカールアイロンしかなかった。ないなら自分で持って行ったのにそこが1番無しだなと思った。
日本人スタッフがいなかった。
