Pros:

I really like the location. It was really close to Nishi-Nippori station and the station coming from the airport. Additionally there was a convenience store in the block next to it.

Cons:

The train rail is next to it. Honestly it did not disturb me but it is just interesting to know

Pros:

The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. We got a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Our room was spacious and cozy with a big balcony attached to it. The balcony had lounging chairs and tables for guests to enjoy the fresh air. All In all a great stay at the hotel

Ich wusste es bereits und habe auch in anderen Bewertungen gelesen, dass der Lärm der Züge sehr stark hörbar ist. Falls
Pros:

Mir hat an der Unterkunft besonders gefallen, dass sie sehr nah an den Zug- und Metroverbindungen liegt. Vor allem nach dem Einkaufen war das ein grosser Vorteil. Wir haben das Hotel mit der grossen Terrasse im 7. Stock gebucht – das war wirklich top, top, top. Es war so schön, nach einem langen Tag voller Spaziergänge abends auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und gemütlich einen Kaffee zu geniessen.

Cons:

Ich wusste es bereits und habe auch in anderen Bewertungen gelesen, dass der Lärm der Züge sehr stark hörbar ist. Falls du jemand bist, der das Hotel morgens sowieso gegen 8 Uhr verlässt, sollte das kein Problem für dich sein. Die Züge fahren bis etwa 00:00–00:30 Uhr, danach ist es ruhig, und früh am Morgen geht es dann wieder los

convenient & affordable family basecamp
Pros:

we love the location, its not a busy area but food option around the hotel is good and it is really easy with JR line and other lines less than 100m away. we got the corner room that has an extended balcony, it was perfect for the kids, as it give a perfect view of multiple train tracks. room is spacious with a seating area and the kids loves how kind the staff is.

Highly recommended this hotel because of location and the friendly staff!
Pros:

The location is great! Very close to a subway station and there is a supermarket just a minute walk away. There are also two 7-11 stores within walking distance.

櫃檯人員都會講中文～
服務態度也很好！
尤其是在3/26-3/29半夜班的伯伯，是我們在日本這幾天最熟悉的人，每天晚上回飯店都很期待和伯伯打招呼，伯伯也會多和我們聊2句

飯店一樓有提供免費的咖啡、小麵包、冰棒，當早餐或宵夜都很適合，麵包是要自己烤的，超級好吃！

地理位子也很不錯，樓下有一間小超市，旁邊也有7-11和麥當勞
距離西日暮里站和日暮里站走路都很近
生活機能很方便！

Cons:

因為在地鐵站旁邊，所以地鐵經過的聲音會比較大聲，但是飯店也有提供耳塞可以使用，如果比較在意噪音的人要注意一下喔！

我自己是不怕噪音的人，所以沒有被影響到～

Definitely would book this place for my family of 4 again. For the price I payed I can’t complain.
Pros:

We had a room with balcony that was connected to a huge outdoor terrace. It was convenient for drying our clothes. Beds are about 120 cm and we moved them so we had 1 enormous bed and we also had 1 futon bed for my son.
Free coffee and tea all day and croissants in the morning.
There was a microwave.
Location was amazing. Right next to train station, next to Aeon mini market, close to Skyliner for those flying in or out of Narita.
There were also lots of restaurants. In the morning you could eat at Matsuya or ramen at the station, those are opened early. In the evening many more options nearby.
You can rent many toys, that was so cool for my kids (5 and 9). You can also rent a curler and a dyson hair dryer.

Cons:

Washer dryer area had a weird smell. It is loud. But somehow it didn’t bother us at all. We were so tired sightseeing and had no problem sleeping. Every morning I came down to the lobby to have coffee and when came back to the room my family was still sleeping.

CP值真的很高
Pros:

住宿地點離地鐵西日暮里站很近，1樓有提供咖啡跟可頌，還有一次性盥洗用具，真的很讚。附近生活機能很好。有很多好吃的食物，下次來我還會想住這裡!

Cons:

就在鐵軌邊，火車聲音比較吵一點，但飯店有提供耳塞，我還是睡得蠻好的。
