立地の良さ
Pros:

駅から3分以内の近さが魅力。近くに飲食店も多く、便利でした。部屋はきれいに改装されて、Rifaのシャワーが快適でした。

Ótimo custo-benefício, principalmente se tiver sono pesado (devido à proximidade dos trens)!
Pros:

O hotel é muito próximo da estação Nishi Nippori. O staff é cordial (um rapaz em especial era muito gentil e simpático com os hóspedes, mas infelizmente esqueci seu nome no momento). Na recepção tem café e sorvete cortesia para hóspedes, além dos amenities (inclusive tampão de ouvidos). A proximidade com a estação é excelente para o deslocamento, porém é um desconforto em razão do barulho dos trens (o que é esperado).

Cons:

Apenas do barulho dos trens, pois o tampão de ouvido não foi suficiente para mim porque tenho sono leve, mas era algo esperado já que o hotel é muito próximo da estação. Como nossa estadia ali foi curta, eu me conformei pelo ótimo custo-benefício!

それがなければ良かったほうが大きいです。
無料でグレードアップもしていただき、お部屋も広くて快適でしたので、とても残念でした。

Pros:

Great location, close to everything you may need and to a few central metro and JR lines. You can rent things for the room, and I rented toys to keep my kids entertained before going to sleep. Room was big enough for 4 people and 3 suitcases so all in all great value.

I could easily reached Tokyo's JR lines and food facilities easily
Pros:

The hotel was located to main train lines. That was the reason of a little bit noise but other than that everything was great.

Cons:

There is always light outside the hotel. This is probably the Tokyo's problem. I cannot distinguish day and light. There is always a light available outside.

部屋が広い。駅近。ホテル周辺に飲食店、スーパーがある。サービスの冷凍クロワッサンが美味しい。

部屋が独特の匂い。エレベーターは一機しかない。宿泊した部屋のテレビが故障している。電車の音がうるさい。

Personal amable, pero demasiado ruidoso por los trenes

El personal del hotel fue muy amable y agradable. También el detalle de que hubiera siempre agua fría, croissants por las mañanas y helados por la tarde gratis.

Cons:

Sinceramente, a pesar de que las habitaciones cuentan con doble ventana, no pude dormir bien ni descansar por el ruido de los trenes. No recomiendo este hotel para la gente que tiene el sueño ligero o que le molestan los ruidos durante la noche.

JR西日暮里站僅一個出口，車站右轉直走三分鐘即可到飯店，非常方便，有會說中文的櫃台，都很親切幫了我們很多忙。

無提供早餐,飯店的每個櫃台人員都超親切~~~2位Lin san 還有Wang san 跟新來的Sou san態度都很親切、友善 ，有免費麵包/ 咖啡/ 冰棒可以自由享用。交通便利 ,床好睡 ,空間也大，JR西日暮里站僅一個出口，車站右轉直走三分鐘即可到飯店，非常方便

不過因為這間飯店住房率很滿, 服務人員有時只有一位或兩位，沒法在第一時間介紹到所有飯店設施 。
