Ein ideales Hotel zum sich Wohfühlen….

Freundlichkeit des Personals und Sauberkeit

Ein kleines schönes Hotel am Rande von Badenweiler.
Wir sind total begeistert!!!
Und das betrifft alles .....Lage ,Zimmer ,Service......einfach alles! Wir sind Vielreisende und sind sehr ,sehr kritisch....
Zimmer-"Suite Elsass" sehr komfortabel, sehr viel Platz Sauberkeit,Betten.....toller Ausblick, Austattung alles sehr,sehr gut....
Parkplatz inbegriffen ....


Service top....Zimmer immer sehr schnell gereinigt, Kompliment an das Personal!
Frühstück lässt einfach keine Wünsche offen!!! Und wir kennen uns wirklich aus.....Frühstück-abwechslu ngsreich und von der Anrichtung einfach nur wunderbar!! Von hier aus an die "Katzenmutti" herzliche Grüße und vielen Dank für alles!!!
Das ganze Personal einfach nur top......alles wird von den Augen abgelesen.....!!!
Bei dieser Hitze wurde alles versucht dem Gast es so erträglich wie möglich zu machen....Ventilator, Hitzevorhänge.

Alles in allem.....wir kommen zu 100% wieder....

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, aber in der Auswahl übersichtlich. Die Sachen waren schön präsentiert, aber die Auswahl fehlte.
Ich habe Quark vermisst.

Cons:

An meinem Ankunftstag war die Rezeption mehr als eine halbe Stunde nicht besetzt. Nach der anstrengenden Fahrt wollte ich einfach nur einchecken und mich etwas ausruhen. Schade diese Wartezeit hat den positiven Gesamteindruck etwas gemindert.

Pros:

E' una struttura immersa nel verde di un parco termale con le rovine di un antico castello, tutto a due passi. Il personale è stato di una gentilezza e disponibilità non comuni. Colazione eccellente. Vi abbiamo lasciato il cuore. Grazie e spero a presto!

Parel van een hotel met prachtig personeel
Pros:

Derde of vierde keer inmiddels! Elke keer weer zo fijn om er te zijn. Eigenlijk klopt alles. Rustig gelegen, prachtige suites. Alles is premium: bed, ligstoelen, badkamer en de producten in de badkamer. Vers fruit aanwezig, chocola! Heerlijk uitzicht. Enorm gastvrij en goed opgeleid personeel. Zowel bij receptie, schoonmaak als ontbijtzaal. Niks is te gek. Wij landen jaarlijks van ons drukke bestaan een aantal dagen in dit hotel. Om na een paar dagen opgeladen door te reizen naar Oostenrijk, Zwitserland of Italie.

Cons:

Niks! Wat de kers op de taart zou zijn: een grote koelkast of machine bij receptie met daarin gekoelde dranken (sap, frisdrank, wijn en bier). Uiteraard tegen betaling. Minibar op kamer is prima, maar daar staat het minimale in.
