Great location, near public transport - train, bus; close to retail and food shops; Hyde Park across the road. Staff were friendly and helpful; large room, clean, good lighting, comfortable bed, kitchenette with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, sink.

Had a 3 night stay with friends, everything was great, front desk girls were exceptional. Car parking was a bonus

breakfast terrible - bread, juice, milk were all frozen. pillows were like pancakes. bathroom sink water was cold & never got warm. asked reception where to buy a coffee as milk was frozen and they said they didnt know
