Wonderful heritage property with loads of character. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

The sheets on our king size bed weren't a good fit and kept coming undone.

The electric charger in the car park is a wonderful plus.

Enjoyed our 2 nights and would stay again.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, great shower pressure, friendly and efficient staff, and we enjoyed the “Pride and Prejudice’ feel of the hotel. Also the food was great and well priced in Olims.

Cons:

Nothing really, lifts are tiny but that was to be expected in an older property.

Need maintenance
Pros:

Good location and secure parking.

Cons:

I felt our room was over-pricesed and run-down. We had a flickering light bulb, our bathtub plug didn't work and the toilet continuously leaked all night. When I told the staff about this they were dismissive and more like a robot and then proceeded to charge us for parking !!!
