Pros:

If you've got multiple tabs open comparing  hotels, book this one. I moved here from another hotel in Toronto and this place immediately felt like home. From a pleasant check in process to the surprise of a beautiful suite,it truly felt comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with eveything you need to cook, a coffee brewing machine,  we picked up a few items from the pantry that we needed. The suite is so spacious and well laid out, and the bedroom feels private.

The laundry room on the second floor is complimentary, and there was enough washers and dryers,  just bring liquid laundry soap,they don't accept powder or pods.

Breakfast was really pleasant, enough protein options,pastry, fruits, vegetables to make sandwiches,  nicely presented. It might have been the same thing everyday, but they cooked it differently.


In conclusion, every thought has been put into your comfort.I'll be travelling to Toronto a lot in the coming years and I think I just found my home away from home.

Cons:

Housekeeping could do better....the "light Housekeeping" could be improved.

Exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Great location. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was huge - so many options! Appreciated having my dog, and staff loved her up.

Pros:

The hotel was great - clean, good facilities. We wanted to be close to Rogers Stadium, and it was pretty good. The cost is a little on the high side for the location.

Gastvrij en proper hotel.
Pros:

Bijzonder vriendelijke medewerkers. Groot gratis parkeerterrein om het hotel. Lobby smaakvol modern ingericht en proper. Unit redelijk groot. Twee slaap- en badkamers. Daartussen complete keuken met zitkamer. Daar ook de slaapbank. Deze in tegenstelling tot de bedden heel oncomfortabel. Meerdere tv’s. Koffievoorziening, bureau. Goede wifi. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet inclusief. Ook drie keer per week van 17.30 tot 19.00 een soort happy hour. Gratis frisdranken en snackbuffet inclusief verse popcorn voor de gasten. Enige minpuntje was dat tijdens het verblijf geen handdoeken werden ververst en de afvalemmers niet werden geleegd.

We had a room that smelled like smoke but eventually it faded away and they sprayed for us and gave us a discount.

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay! The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The breakfast was good, and we especially enjoyed the waffle maker—my daughter loved making her own waffles! Overall, it was a great experience, and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The only issue was that on the first day, the smell of cleaning or bleaching products in the room was a little disturbing.

Pros:

Personnel courtois, nous avons eu des problèmes avec la porte à notre arrivée et on s'est occupé de nous rapidement et nous avons été relocalisés. Déjeuner complet et personnel efficace.

Cons:

Très passant avec l'autoroute à côté et bruyant du côté ou nous étions.
