Decent
Pros:

Location was decent. Was able to get to our destination in less than 20 minutes. Breakfast was typical. I overheard and was told directly that they were low on strawberries, so could not honor my request for a bowel of strawberries. I was however told to just take what was available, which I did but was trying to avoid for other guests. The next day, they had strawberries, so it was obviously not a problem, but the machine holding the milk ran out of milk; I did not ask if they had more in the kitchen. I assume they did. Breakfast staff was great. No complaints about the offerings.

Cons:

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE AND FAIL TO REQUEST A LATE CHECK-IN. We were not able to get to the hotel by the listed check-in. Thinking that I could just call the hotel to let them know we were there just not able to get there for the listed 4pm check-in, I was told that I had to check-in in person. Ok, not a problem, but I still couldn't get to the hotel until late. The solution to do a late check-in was not offered. Calling the reservation desk for the hotel was useless as they suggested a manual check-in by the hotel over the phone, I told them they would not allow it. They said then they had to adhere to the hotel's policy. Booking.com rep wasn't much more hopeful. Calling the hotel's reservation department was annoying because they were more concerned with signing me up for their loyalty program than confirming that my concerns were taken care of. I asked if they could call me back in 5 minutes because I was not able to finish the call and was told I needed to call them back. After finally thinking clearly, found the option to request a late check-in through Booking.com. I found out only after calling the hotel's reservations back that they confirmed the request. They then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to join the loyalty program. I just wanted to confirm my reservation would not be cancelled, and it took 30 stressful minutes to finally confirm I could just check-in late without my reservation being cancelled.

I enjoyed my time overall and I will book again and again.
Pros:

Cozy and clean perfect location.

Cons:

Just the fine print during booking that I don’t notice. You can book with a debit but still need a credit card to be on file when you get there. That’s inconvenient and a big surprise.
