Sehr gute moderne Ausstattung und Sauberkeit, bequeme Betten, sehr freundliches Personal. Viele sprechen nur englisch, das war für uns aber kein Problem. Frühstücksbuffet jeden Tag perfekt mit großer Auswahl, frischen Zutaten und regelmäßiger Auffüllung. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Alexanderplatz, großes Einkaufszentrum fast direkt nebenan, super Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.
Non conoscevo la struttura Social Hub, ma quando ho pianificato il mio viaggio a Berlino mi aveva colpito per il design e per una serie di spazi condivisi con ping pong, calcetto, poltrone nelle lounge con prese per caricare smartphone e computer sotto ogni posto a sedere. Ci lavorano persone giovanissime, cordiali, gentili e molto empatici. Un posto funzionale, in pieno centro, servito dal bus 300 e dalle metro. Vicino a supermercati e shopping center (Alexa). A due passi da Alexander Platz. Camere silenziose, comode, letti eccezionali e bagno con prodotti di qualitá. Mi ha colpito la playlist con musica di grande qualitá, lo dico da addetto ai lavori. Colazione di ottima qualitá per tutti i gusti e la possibilitá di pranzare/cenare 24 pre, ho gradito moltissimo il risotto al lime e spinaci. Nico alla reception ci ha accolto cercando di capire le nostre esigenze ed é stato veramente prezioso. Il cappuccino viene servito al bar con un autentico cantuccino toscano, é stata una sorpresa apprezzata. Sofia, Nicole e Diana sono state molto gentili. C'é snche una palestra e uno spazio interno all'aperto comodissimo. Il ragazzo che provvede alle pulizie negli spazi comuni di mattina merita un elogio speciale, grandissimo impegno. Consiglio al 100% un soggiorno qui anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualitá prezzo e per l'energia e l'allegria che riesce a trasmettere.

Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, although the coffee machines are slow and frequently malfunction. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the hotel is conveniently located near several metro stations.
On two separate nights, I found myself locked out of the hotel after returning late because the automatic entrance door would not open. I had to wait for another guest to arrive and let me in, as my access card did not work and no one responded through the intercom. Despite reporting this issue several times, I never received a proper solution. The staff only attempted to fix it on the night before my departure, which was particularly frustrating, as it was already too late to make any meaningful difference to my stay.
During my six-night stay, my room was serviced only once, and even then, the floor was not swept. The replacement towels provided on that occasion were also quite small. The bathroom trash bin was not working properly, and the desk lamp was missing a light bulb. Neither issue was addressed throughout my entire stay, despite being reported. I had also requested a room on a higher floor, but this request was not accommodated.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The hotel charges a relatively high price, yet the level of service, maintenance, and attention to guests falls well short of what I would expect. Having to wait outside late at night, with no assistance available, was particularly unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Excellent location. Centrally located but still not a very busy area, not noisy.
Bus stop in front of the hotel and an S Bahn station a short walk away, so it is very reachable, even from the airport.
Staff very helpful and accommodating.
