Insgesamt okay
Ein paar Beschriftungen auf deutsch, wären gut. In Skandinavien können alle sehr gut englisch, es würde aber niemand darauf kommen die Erklärungen nicht zuerst in der Landessprache darzustellen.
It was very close to public transportations, it had a nice atmosphere and it was very clean.
Location of the hotel is very central, 400 mt to Alexandrplatz and very close to UBahn and SBahn. Rooms are newly renovated and clean. We went during summer period so there were not a lot student, and hotel and open spaces were not crowded.
Heel aangenaam hotel met een jonge vibe, check-in ging vlot, mooie kamers, goed bed. Metro is op wandelafstand. Ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en lekker.
Kan niet veel bedenken. Misschien dat de prijs wat aan de hoge kant is. Ik had een deal gevonden dus bij mij viel het nog mee, maar aan de volle prijs zou ik het wat duur gevonden hebben.
A very nice hotel close to the subway and buses! Friendly staff! The rooms were good, and the A/C worked well! I can highly recommend this hotel!

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren top. Alles ist sehr unkompliziert und einfach. Online Check in möglich.
Leider war die Bar abends aufgrund einer Veranstaltung geschlossen.
Nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage, die angeblich alle Zimmer betraf, was nicht stimmte und auch nichts gemacht wurde.
Das Frühstück.
Teilweise das Personal. Die wenigsten sprachen Deutsch.
Einige wirklich sehr nett, aber andere gar nicht.

„ dreckige 🤢“ Klopapier Rolle und dreckige Klobrille. Dies wurde auch mitgeteilt.
• There is a giant concrete column in the middle of the room, up against the foot of the bed. That isn’t shown in any of their photos.
• The shower floor is flat, and the drain was plugged and water flooded the bathroom floor, which we had to clean up.
• It was record-breaking heat in Berlin that day, the A/C did not work, and staff did not come to look at it.
• When we got there the TV remote was missing and we told them about that. Again, no one responded to the issue, and we finally found it under the bed up against the wall. Their cleaning folks should notice that issue when they turned over the room.
• The last straw for us was a (false) fire alarm going off so we packed up and left after less than 12 hours.
