Die Ausstattung des Zimmers. Doppelbett war ans Fenster geschoben. Es war keine Ablage an einer Bettseite, keine Steckdose an den Betten, keine Möglichkeit das Licht vom Bett aus zu bedienen……

De douche maakt veel van de badkamer nat. Er is ook een programma wat niet altijd duidelijk gecommuniceerd wordt. Zo was er 12-17 een luid feest in de binnenplaats waar we niet vanaf wisten.
Everything, from staff to cafe and social place to hang out. Everything was exceptional including the price. Best hotel I have been to. The thing I liked the most is the room and staff that helped with every request we had. (For example our hairdryer stopped working and they gavr us new one in 5minutes).
I have no negative things to say about this property.
Badkamer zat onder de schimmel en de vloerbedekking onder de vlekken. Kamer ruikte muf en de muur achter het bed was vuil.

Horrible experience with the hotel. After arriving, we could not stay because the AC was not working, they immediately offered a refund to go elsewhere (In writing). And so far no refund and lies and more delay. Truly shameful experience and still going.

Alarm P/pożarowy uruchomiony po 3:00 w nocy. Podobno takie sytuacje zdarzają się cyklicznie z powodu wadliwej instalacji.
Dość duży wybór na śniadaniu, przepyszny puszysty jogurt do musli!
Bardzo wygodne łóżko i poduszki, które były dobrej grubości (nie były pękate) co dawało dobry sen.
Bardzo dobrze wyposażona siłownia! Sprzęty dobrej jakości i w super stanie.
Nowoczesny klimat.
Hotel pomimo, tego że na Booking widnieje jako 4 gwiazdki, zupełnie na nie nie zasługuję. Hotel to lepszy i bardziej luksusowy akademik, niż hotel. Spędzając w nim czas nie czuje się takiego komfortu i przytulności, jakie oczekuję się od 4 gwiazdkowego hotelu.
Korytarze prowadzące do pokoi obdrapane, wymagają odświeżenia. Podłoga na korytarzu na moim piętrze chyba dawno nie była odkurzana.
Pokoje bardzo surowe. Panuje w nich powierzchowna czystość. Bardzo zakurzone wezgłowie łóżka, porysowane ściany, pęknięta szklana półka w łazience.
Pomimo wizyty na 3 dobry, nasz pokój był odwiedzony przez osobę sprzątająca tylko jeden raz. Kiedy poprosiłam o wymianę szklanek na czyste, to usłyszałam, że nie wymieniają tylko trzeba sobie umyć w umywalce w łazience.
Z powodu tego, że tylko raz odwiedziła nasz pokój osoba sprzątająca, to tylko raz uzupełniono kawę i śmietankę w proszku przy zestawie do parzenia kawy i herbaty.
