Poor service, weak Wi-Fi, and subpar cleanliness ruined the stay.
Cons:

The hotel has both smoking and non-smoking rooms. However, upon check-in, the management decided for us without asking and assigned us (a non-smoking couple) a smoking "deluxe" room. It was located at the very end of the hallway, meaning the Wi-Fi barely worked. After my repeated requests, the staff tried to reboot the router, but without success. Meanwhile, due to urgent work, I first had to go to a nearby cafe to work on my laptop, and spent the rest of the time working right in the hotel hallway.Well after midnight, after I reminded them about the internet issue again and explicitly asked to change rooms, they finally moved us to a lower floor. The internet worked reasonably well there, but the room itself was far from clean — which is the most unacceptable thing for us when staying at hotels.

Cons:

В прошлый раз я воспользовался услугами SPA и мне очень понравилось. К сожалению, в этот раз SPA не работал и было немного досадно, потому что я планировал сделать подарок для жены и на сайте не было информации что SPA не работает
