Sehr erholsam.
Pros:

Rund um die Uhr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, das Essen war sehr lecker und es war überall unfassbar sauber.

Lämnade direkt - Personalen förklarade snabbt att vi inte var viktiga.

Vi trodde vi skulle mötas av glädje och upplevelse men.. vi lämnade direkt.

Cons:

Vi bokade ett dubbelrum, parkeringen var så full att någon t.o.m. ställt sig framför infarten till garaget. När vi gick in för att be om hjälp, fick vi direkt höra att vi bara bokat ett ”dubbelrum” (vi hade beställt inkl halvpension). Jag frågade vänligt om garaget, för solen gassade och vi ville inte utsätta våra hundar för hättan som det inneburit när vi lastade in. Fick snabbt och oförskämt igen höra att ”det ingår inte er rumstyp”. Blev rätt förvånad och erbjöd mig såklart betala för att mina hundar skulle ha det bra, kvinnan som jag pratade med sa ”är du verkligen säker på att parkeringen är full?” - ja, jo det var jag, så var ska vi ställa oss, hon följer med ut och pekar på en parkering i gassande sol trots att jag förklarat varför vi behövde skugga.. så adderade hon ”vi får lösa garage eller nåt sen, ni får parkera så får vi ta det sen”. Så gick hon in. Vi rullar in på parkeringen mittemot och kände oss som något de inte önskade ha på sitt hotell, allt annat m vänligt. Vi hade tack och lov valt avbokningsbart, så vi avbokade och vår dotter blev otroligt ledsen för hon hade med glädje sett fram emot besöket efter att ha fått se bilder på allt vad som erbjöds. Tror inte kvinnan som hjälpte oss hade velat bli bemött som hon bemötte oss.

Higher price justifies the quality
Pros:

Very nice staff, very good food (we had the demi-pension), location is good for trips and when snow for ski. All is clean, restaurant is modern, afternoon cake very good. Room very spacious and with a view. nice bathroom with toiletries. Opening times very friendly. They have kids program, even though for our stay we did not attend.

Cons:

Swimming pool is clean and open from 7 AM to 8 PM. Size is ok, as long as it is not crowded, which for us was the case, so nothing to complain.

Tolles Gesamtpaket für die Familie!
Pros:

Vielen Dank für den großartigen Aufenthalt, die Kinder hatten großen Spaß und somit die Eltern auch ;). E-Bike Verleih ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen.
