Pros:

This is honestly the best place I’ve stayed at during my time in Vietnam. I absolutely loved my stay here!

The location is wonderful — everything I needed was nearby, which made my stay really comfortable and convenient. The staff were incredibly polite, kind, and respectful, and they all spoke excellent English, so communication was very easy.

I also really appreciated the housekeeping during my stay. The room was clean, neat, and well looked after, and I always felt comfortable coming back after a day out.

Hotel simple avec rapport qualité prix correct
Pros:

Les plus :
Personnel charmant et très réactif
Le service pour laver le linge (rapide et très abordable)
Chambre climatisée, et insonorisée
Quartier calme
Climatisation fonctionnelle
Le petit balcon avec vue sur la rue et la piscine.

L'hotel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner. Aucun problème car il y a un bon restaurant à deux pas, et des cafés tout autour.

La piscine, plutôt propre, et son eau fraiche : bienvenue, quand il fait très chaud

Emplacement pratique pour aller vers la vieille ville, et vouloir dormir au calme.

Cons:

Les moins :

Odeur d égout qui remontait parfois dans la chambre
Les évacuations d eau qui fuient dans les salles de bains..
Les peintures des chambres qui sont abîmées et vieillissantes (vraiment dommage !)
Les joints de la piscine absents par endroit, et qui rendent malheureusement la baignade un peu risquée ( risque de coupures ) = donc prévoir de rester vigilant.

Cons:

Phòng nhỏ, không thấy máy sấy, tivi nhỏ khó xài cũ kết nối mạng cũng kém, không có gương bên ngoài để trang điểm, villa không có thang máy, trong thời tiết nắng nóng như này leo thang bộ toát mồ hôi.

Good for getaways from crowded area
Pros:

It’s good for non first time visitors in Hoi An. The location is good balance between old town and a bang beach, with easy access to small islands too. Good getaway from crowded areas. The free bicycle adds a big plus making the journey much easier. Each room has a small balcony that let sunlight come in with very good privacy. Host is very nice helpful and responsive! One of my favorite and I will come back if I visit again.

Cons:

It’s has almost everything. If one thing could be better would be the hygiene for both towels and trash bin replacements.

Chambre très bien, calme, personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Un peu excentre, piscine pas forcément pratique pour s’y prélasser ou nager.
Un peu cher mais très bien.
