Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Riverview

Location is great with bus stop and metro near by. There are nice eateries nearby, however for the cost, the general hotel is pretty average. I got an extra 2 hours for checkout time. That was really nice of FourPoints Sheraton.
The swimming pool, gym are all very average. I wish I had taken another hotel in a different area and that would have been more value fr money

Excellent helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Hotel in a good location with access to MRT. Access to good restaurants and a pleasant walk along the river.

As someone who travels frequently for business and attends major industry events around the world, I have had the opportunity to stay at many hotels over the years. Marriott Singapore Riverside remains one of my preferred choices whenever I visit Singapore.
Most recently, I stayed here while attending one of the largest global conferences in my industry. Given my positive experiences over many years, I recommended the hotel to several colleagues and industry peers who were traveling from different parts of the world. Once again, the hotel delivered a consistently excellent experience.
What stands out is not anything extravagant, but rather how well the team executes the fundamentals. The hotel is always exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service is professional, warm, and genuine. From check-in to departure, the staff make every effort to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued.
The small gestures of kindness are what leave the biggest impression. A friendly greeting after a long day, staff remembering returning guests, or simply going the extra mile to help with a request—these moments reflect a culture of hospitality that is becoming increasingly rare.
In an industry where consistency matters, Marriott Singapore Riverside continues to set a high standard. It is a hotel I trust, one that I regularly return to, and one that I am comfortable recommending to colleagues, clients, and fellow business travelers.

This is a very convenient location and venue. Well connected (bus station in front, subway station very close by and I mean very close by), and literally located on one stretch of the quay with restaurants and cafes, it's hard to beat that. The housekeeping team is very helpful and available, the breakfast is diverse and several of the dishes served are changed on a daily basis, while the gym is well equipped and maintained with towels changed and fruit offered. The only point, and not even a setback, is that the hotel could do with some renovation. Personally, I think that I have found my gem in Singapore, and will definitely select this venue for my next visit(s).

Room was clean and comfortable. easy access to the riverside restaurants and cafes. close to the metro station. Staff was very kind. helped me with early check-in at no extra cost. The breakfast menu could accommodate a few more vegetarian options.
