Great location on the river, quiet but plenty of restaurants nearby, decent swimming pool

Awesome spread of breakfast. Lemon-infused water at the reception was a rare feature quite unseen elsewhere. Our gold necklace with jade pendant dropped in the guest room was carefully cared for till our collection. We wish to thank Tom n Nikki for helping in getting it back 🙂🙏🏻🙇🏼‍♂️

Four Points by Sheraton, a Singaporean hotel with a strange name, further confused by references to both the Sheraton and the Marriott Bonvoy. We have been to Singapore numerous times over the years and have visited most of the iconic tourist spots, so this year we decided to try a new area of Singapore, Robertson, which is renowned for its upmarket riverside dining experiences. Robertson House, a luxury, colonial-style hotel renowned for immersing its guests in the 19th Century history of the Singapore River trading port, also resides in Robertson Quay. It has a themed, intimate and sophisticated atmosphere which was inspired by Dr. J. Murray Robertson and is well worth a visit.

The Four Points by Sheraton Hotel is your typical modern, multi-floor Singaporean hotel, with multiple restaurants, bar area, fitness centre, fifth floor swimming pool and a plethora of rooms. The rooms, including the bathrooms, are very modern, clean and spacious. All the rooms on the Quay side of the building have grand views of the canal, local eating establishments, and the stylish and aptly named Robertson Bridge over the River. We also had a large lounge seat in the alcove window so we could watch life on the river go by whilst drinking our evening Singapore Slings.

The rooms have large, comfortable king-sized beds, none of your tied together singles for Four Points, with his and her bedside tables. There was adequate wardrobe storage space, a small fridge, easy to use safe, kettle, cups and a range of beverages, long desk and chair. As to be expected, the WiFi was very responsive, although the USB charging point in the desk had a very slow charge rate. The bathroom could not be faulted, with a very large shower and plenty of shelf surface area around the sink for your toiletries. Night time lighting in the rooms leaves a bit to be desired with a limited number of dimmed, recessed ceiling lights providing virtually no aesthetic or atmospheric appeal.

Very close to many activities. Rental bikes just out back on the way to Clarke Quay. Great breakfast

Staff. They were very thoughtful, friendly and professional. The room was good size, and very clean. The nice swimming pool was a bonus.

Lovely position right on the river and adjacent to the river walk. Buffet breakfast is very good. Staff are friendly & helpful

The Hotel was perfect for our stay. It took me ages to decide and I couldn't have chosen better. Super clean. Big, comfortable bed, we were on the 21st floor and the view was amazing. Everything in the minibar was was included. And restocked. There was an abundance of fruit freely available. Staff were amazingly helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. So much choice. I really cannot fault the service and attention. They even put a birthday card and love heart balloon for my wife. Pool was great and clean and the water was warm. We had a late flight and they let us leave the bags and then free use of a shower and changing facility. My advice is, book it, you will not be disappointed.
