We were very pleased with our hotel and nearly all the amenities. The staff were outstanding!
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and conventiently located. We were given help with directions and getting an uber when needed.
The most important aspect was the help I received from Oksana and Wella at the front desk. I had left a pair of diamond earrings in the safe. The housekeeper found them and gave them to the front desk. These two women worked with me to get the earrings packed and ready for pickup by UPS. I could not have asked for better service!

Cons:

My sister and I would have liked more ripe fruit at breakfast, including berries if possible. Also, the shower set up was basically impossible to use (I know this is the way it is in many european hotels)- it sprays water outside the tub no matter what you do, because it is on the side wall, not in front.

Rent, fräscht och bekvämt. Bra läge med gångavstånd.

Cons:

Lite stojigt oväsen från gatan utanför ”herrklubbarna” på samma gata. Men det vara bara att hålla fönstren stängda.
