Pros:

Location was great and the staff were really helpful.

Cons:

There was lipstick on a mug that was in the clean section near the coffee station.
There was a used towel hung behind the door in our room.

Perfectly fine if you need an airport hotel.
Pros:

Location is great if transiting.

I didn’t find the bed comfortable and I thought it was strange the room only had one towel for two people (obviously I could have asked for more).

深夜着でも歩いてホテルへ。
Pros:

チャンギ空港に近い。深夜に空港についても歩いてチェックインできます。ただし、途中にコンビニはなく、水、簡単な食料は用意が深夜着は必要です。

Cons:

ANAで第二ターミナルに着きましたが、事前にホテルがjewelの4階にフロントがあると言われ、ターミナルとの位置関係がわかりづらかった。荷物はチェックアウト後は預かりはありません。同じjewelの下の階に専門の預かりところがあり、そこに有料で預けます。

Amazi no location, good for a short stay!
Pros:

It was ideal for a transit stay. We got in late and were up early with 2 kids under 10.
The 6 minute walk to T3 was ideal.

Cons:

The rooms are very small and you could hear people outside the room and above you.

Good hotel, but the location is a bit tricky to find.
Pros:

Liked the room and the comfortable big bed and the shower along with the free wifi that I can use to call my girlfriend in thailand and family members back home in Australia

Cons:

Finding the location of the hotel was a bit tricky at first, as there was no sign with the hotel's name and it was a 5-6 minute walk from the escalators.
