The hotel is good, but the manager should pay more attention to the room cleaning service.
Pros:

The room has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I really liked that there is a dog park. Our room was on the ground floor facing the pool, but there was no excessive noise.

Cons:

No cleaning was done during our stay, so we spent the entire time in a dirty room, even though we had asked for it to be cleaned. And there was also someone else's black hair on the towel.

Clean and quiet comfort
Pros:

Nicely appointed. Must have been updated recently. WE stayed in a pet friendly room. Which was super clean and fresh. It was on the first floor so no elevator business with the dog. It was pretty sound-proof as she did not bark at people going by the room. We only stayed one night but it was quite pleasant.

Quite expensive but generally an ok hotel.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Nice spacious room. Outdoor pool. Free parking.

Cons:

The outdoor pool was full of leaves and flowers from the trees, it needed cleaning. The location is a 15 min drive outside of Wilmington downtown. The breakfast was very simple, but you could get waffles. The sound of the outdoor generator affected our sleep.

Terrible, won’t return
Pros:

Old facility, elevator smelled like throw up, only once out of 3 days did I not have to ask for towels, only 1 maid service and that was subpar. Hair in the shower not ours. Charged full price all 3 nights and service was poor on 2 of them. Breakfast was pre cooked and not good. Told the front desk and they said “ ok thanks”.
