From the start, the staff was welcoming and friendly, especially to my 5 year old son and dog.
The hotel was bright and clean.
There was a musty smell as we entered the room. Additionally, the bathroom wasn’t ventilated, making it uncomfortable to use.
Beds were so comfortable. The front desk staff was amazing! So nice. There is an IHOP right in front that was convenient.
It was a little hidden back of the road but not a big deal.
Water pressure was a little low but that wasn't a problem either. Nothing i can say bad about it at all.
Location was great. That's about it.
Literally had what looked like boiled potatoes for breakfast.
There was a creepy guest who was taking videos of people in the lobby at almost 12pm at night.
Wifi connection failed and despite informing staff...nothing was addressed. Had to use our Hotspot.
The night person at front desk...young man...Literally asked guests to solve issues by themselves instead of giving assistance.
This by far has been the worst hotel stay for my family and I.
Very clean smelled amazing crate staff friendly helpful. Breakfast was amazing every morning.

La cama dura deformada alta en los pies baja en la cabeza y almohadas malas las toallas duras , el shampoo, el envase malo y duro , el mini var congelaba los productos no los mantenia , en el desayuno para 30 personas solo una maquina de wafle terminabas esperando por un wafle casi 15 minutos poca variedad
El desayuno variado y bien elaborado.Como viajábamos con mascota estuvimos en primer piso y con acceso cerca de puerta de salida eso nos encantó
The location was great. Lots of food options close by including IHOP basically in the same parking lot. The breakfast bar had everything thing you could want or need!

The desk staff was great. Breakfast was really good. Room was clean.
We came back after spending the day out to find our door open. Apparently the cleaning staff didn’t close it…not happy at all about that! Also had to go hunt down towels as they were not changed out when room was cleaned.
