Pros:

Dejligt stort værelse med fede ting såsom Karoke, gratis is og vand, masser af forskellige amenities, luksus toilet og bad, altan, hyggelige og store alkover. Og så ligger det tæt på stationen.

Pros:

This was definitely our favorite hotel during our trip! We absolutely loved the traditional Japanese atmosphere and all the thoughtful amenities and skincare products provided. Everything felt authentic, comfortable, and very well cared for. The location was fantastic — right in the heart of the city and very convenient for exploring, including an easy walk to Golden Gai. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Muy impersonal aunque tenía todo lo que puedas necesitar en tu habitación.

Era como un pequeño apartamento que tenía de todo. De los más completos que he ido nunca en cuanto a amenities y utensilios para cualquier necesidad.

Cons:

El desayuno era en otro hotel cercano lo cual era algo incómodo y además no era ni variado ni abundante. Horario muy limitado. Como no habia nunca nadie en recepción no nos enteramos bien de como era lo del desayuno y perdimos el del primer dia. El del último dia también, porque teníamos que coger el avión ese dia temprano y era incómodo salir y volver a nuestro hotel con prisas. Precio excesivo. De haberlo sabido hubiera cogido otro hotel sin desayuno, y más económico.
Nunca habia nadie en recepción para preguntar nada.

Super hotel peut être un peu cher mais franchement j'y retournerai sans hésiter

La qualité des installations, propreté, proximité du métro, etc...

BONUS : Le karaoké :)

Cons:

Petit déjeuné lointain (400 metres). Très correct certe mais pas à la hauteur de l'établissement.

Pros:

La taille de la chambre. Les aménagements sont parfaits et très nombreux comme tous les échantillons fournis. Le frigo est rempli en boisson, eau, mais aussi jus d’orange et thé glacé.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas du tout croisé le personnel ni même au Check in ou au Check out, tout est automatisé, c’est assez impersonnel,

Great 1 night stay
Pros:

Breakfast was at another location across the street- It was good. There were several free items in the room- Ice cream, Soda, water. Location is excellent - walking distance to Shinjuku station

Family friendly and centrally located
Pros:

The location is very convenient, central in the city and many trains nearby. We loved the bathroom, sink, and shower each having their own separate door. The large bean bag in the room was a big hit with our kids, as was the freezer of ice cream and fridge of free drinks! This was my kids favorite hotel in Japan. My son loved the origami station in the lobby. Breakfast in the Pasela Living is simple but we mostly went to the neighboring hotel that had more extensive options. It was a good breakfast.

Cons:

Virtual check in and only one hour per day of staff presence. We had to plan ahead to store luggage.
