Great location, great for a family of 5 and love all the included amenities

Spacious and all the included amenities

Cons:

We tried to run the jets on the bathtub and once we did, the jets had a weird smell coming out of it, making the whole bathroom smell. That was my only complaint about the property.

It was clean and has karoke in the room, if you want use it. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The hotel provided water, tea, orange, and sparking water bottles daily in the room. There is a light daily breakfast. My husband and eldest loved the curry rice. I loved the dried soup and tea flavor package options. My favorite is the miso seaweed soup and honey lemon tea bag!

Cons:

The low sitting table was hard for us adults with bad knees and hips. We had a hard time getting up, so I sat on the bed only. I burned my arm by accident from the water kettle steam reaching for over to get a tea bag from the tray. I had to go to find a health clinic on our own.

Fantastic value and fun stay. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Gem of a place in a good location. Fit my family of 5 well with fun bunk beds, comfortable queen bed and great facilities including a washer and dryer, kitchen, karaoke machine and screen, and free daily water, tea, juice and ice cream in the freezer. Breakfast was great as was access to the game room at the nearby associated Bali hotel. We were surprised to find a huge assortment of personal care travel products for free, curry, wine, and sausage breakfast, tea and coffee just downstairs. Also included extra pillows and PJs for the fam (most sizes). It seems they thought of everything to keep us happy.

Cons:

Location is not that central but only a short walk to trains and coffee shops/restaurants. While it is on the edge of Kabuchiko, we did not experience anything shady while walking through this district. Nothing inappropriate seen.

Everything you need in one place!
Pros:

There was enough room for everyone! The room does not get cleaned daily, but the leave clean towels, laundry pods and drinks daily outside. The freezer was stocked with ice cream. We were on our own floor and it was quiet. Breakfast was down the street about a 3 minute walk. Staff was excellent in helping us ship our luggage to the next hotel. Close to buses and subway. There was a selection of face masks in the lobby, we all chose one and had a spa night after walking all day.

Cons:

There was a plastic cover on the mattress, which made a lot of noise when you shifted through the night. I which I packed or purchased a blanket to go in between to dampen the noise.

Fun and functional
Pros:

Great location in Shinjuku close to transport links. A great family room with the fun addition of the karaoke machine! The separate bunks with curtains allowed for some privacy. Bathroom stocked with every item you could possible want and more available in reception. Plenty of snack breakfast foods available in the lobby and also the full buffet breakfast across the road in another hotel. The room had catering facilities if you wished to cook. Fridge with free water/ soft drinks and the freezer had a huge supply of ice creams! Worker well fr our family

My family rated this as the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Very easy to communicate with prior when we were organising luggage delivery from Osaka. We were happy to find our luggage waiting in our room when we arrived. This is a very clean, well equipped and spacious room (family of 5). Absolutely loved the spa tub after a long day, and picking from the extensive variety of products from the amenity buffet. My family also enjoyed the karaoke machine and the projector for movies. Thank you for having us!!
