Pros:

Great location in Shinjuku close to transport links. A great family room with the fun addition of the karaoke machine! The separate bunks with curtains allowed for some privacy. Bathroom stocked with every item you could possible want and more available in reception. Plenty of snack breakfast foods available in the lobby and also the full buffet breakfast across the road in another hotel. The room had catering facilities if you wished to cook. Fridge with free water/ soft drinks and the freezer had a huge supply of ice creams! Worker well fr our family

My family rated this as the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Very easy to communicate with prior when we were organising luggage delivery from Osaka. We were happy to find our luggage waiting in our room when we arrived. This is a very clean, well equipped and spacious room (family of 5). Absolutely loved the spa tub after a long day, and picking from the extensive variety of products from the amenity buffet. My family also enjoyed the karaoke machine and the projector for movies. Thank you for having us!!

Sehr großes und sauberes Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist sehr japanisch und bietet wenig Auswahl. Personal ist sehr höflich, auch wenn Englisch nicht so gut ist.

Pros:

We had such a great time here! Everyone in the family loved the stay, spacious room, extra amenities, and we enjoyed the included breakfast and amenities down the street at Bali An (especially the foot bath and massage chairs every afternoon after walking!). Such a great stay and location!!

Perfect stay for large families relatively close to heart of Shinjuku.
Pros:

The room was spacious for four people and it was very nice to have all the free amenities including ice cream! Bathroom was large too.

Cons:

Beds were very hard and moderate noise from street at night if an emergency vehicle with siren was going by. No front desk staff that I ever saw (we checked in around 4:45 pm and checked out early at 6:45 am). Too difficult to do luggage forwarding with them so used 7-11 down the street.

Awesome place for a large family!
Pros:

This property exceeded our expectations! It was super clean, a very unique space and provided lots of amenities. They give you a certificate to use for the delicious breakfast buffet at their sister property. It also has massage chairs that we sat in after the breakfast.

Cons:

It’s on the outskirts of the seedy (seedy for Japan, still very safe) part of Shinjuku. So there’s not a lot of great restaurants or cool things to do nearby. You need to grab a cab, subway or expect a very long walk.

Für Familie in Tokio, supet location! Die Metro haltestelle ist 400 m entfernt.
Pros:

Alles von Karaoke Maschine, bis hin zum gemütlichen Betten, schön und individuell chic designed und eingerichtet, grosses Bad, Uno Spiele etc… Es gab Gratis Getränke, Kaffee und Wein (Tischwein, war gut, wie in Italien). Beim Frühstück gab es Reis mit feinen Curry Sauce und für die kleinen Hotdogs.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte noch mit Orangensaft und Rühreier aufgepept werden (Man kann im Hotel neben an auch Frühstücken)

Option parfaite pour séjourner en famille à Tokyo
Pros:

Absolument tout est prévu pour que vous passiez une excellent séjour (tout, sauf assez de placards ! :)).
Très spacieux pour Tokyo, bien situé, avec tout le confort et l’équipement nécessaire pour séjourner l’esprit tranquille… Et même plus : Jacuzzi, karaoké, et même un petit balcon pour les fumeurs comme moi - priceless à Tokyo.
Nous étions absolument ravi de ce choix.

Cons:

Un seul petit placard pour une famille, c’est léger !
