Excellent comfortable stay!
Pros:

The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the bed is super comfortable. it was nice to have a warm breakfast every morning. A fun little touch are the fresh baked cookies at the front desk.

Reliable and comfortable
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and up to date. The hotel itself was quiet, and easy to find. The people I interacted with were all nice.

Cons:

There was a fair bit of noise (construction?) nearby. The Internet was rate limited so badly that even Instagram reels stuttered.

Helpful staff.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The staff was so helpful! My taxi was 30 minutes late (and it actually never showed up), and the Guest Services Mngr, Rachel Hicks, saved the day by calling another cab for me that arrived within 5 minutes.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like!

A fine place to stay
Pros:

This hotel was just right for our quick stop in Salem. Good breakfast, quiet and clean. Worked out just right for us. You can stay here just fine.

Cons:

This isn't centrally located, but that really wasn't a problem for us.

This is a good “bargain” hotel for the money. Breakfast is good, but not if you don’t eat pork.
Pros:

Good location close to several restaurants. Decent hot breakfast.

Cons:

There were only two sets of towels provided, and we would have to call down to the front desk to get any fresh towels or extra towels. If you were going to run an eco-friendly hotel, you should probably have at least two sets of towels per person, especially since you have a pool.

Good bed for the night
Pros:

Great room. Great staff. Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke and they were able to move us fortunately. Otherwise, it was your standard corporate hotel.

Cons:

Not much character.

It was a hotel.
Pros:

It was available.

Cons:

The room was ok. But, The shower was luke warm. The pull out couch bed was tiny, and didnt have any linens, just a thin mattress, only one of two small children fit. Our last rooms pull out couch was queen sized. Everything was clean, but the first floor is like the basement, your view is below the fence and cars.
