Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent and makes it easy to find food nearby. The hotel is also very clean, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

very bad experience
Pros:

the staff is v rude, and i get v bad impression about hotel, hotel is totally empty.
they give us damaged refund note !
and now i dont know what to do with that

I like that the room was comfy and clean. The bathroom was also well-maintained and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

I didnt like that the tv in the room was not functioning properly. Even after calling the technician to come, the tv still cant be fixed. I think the tv in that room has issues.

overall still quite a pleasant stay, slightly overprice but still alright. Thank you.
Pros:

I like that the room was comfy with a good view. The room was clean as well and the service from the staff was pleasant.

Cons:

I didnt quite like that the tv was not working properly, even after calling the technician to come, the tv still cant be fixed, it kept losing connection and became laggy. I think the tv in that room has issues.

Good for short staycation
Pros:

Room and bed is good. The location is strategic with varieties of shops and foods. The breakfast was simple but the taste was good especially the teh tarik.

Cons:

The location is a bit noisy at night. The tv are using internet data which was not functioning.

Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at GEO Resort & Hotel, Genting Highlands. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable with good amenities, and the mountain weather made the stay very relaxing.

The location is convenient, close to Awana SkyWay, Genting Premium Outlets, restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. The infinity pool and gym are good facilities for families and couples. The staff were polite and the overall environment was peaceful away from the busy Genting peak.

The breakfast had a decent variety of food, and parking was convenient. Overall, it is a great choice for travelers looking for comfort and value in Genting Highlands. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Comfy night away from
Pros:

Location, facilities and value for money. The place is surrounded with plenty of eateries and convenience stores. Driving up to Genting is easy and you don’t have to squeeze yourself in the crowded accommodation up above. Facilities are available, we went to the gym for two consecutive days and we enjoyed our stay. Just be mindful with the apartment next to your balcony if you are concerning on privacy, but we left the curtain open most of the time. We didn’t try the food at the hotel but when we were there, they set up some food stalls at the main entrance and we enjoyed the Roti Bakar. Plenty of eateries nearby and some are open until late night. We took the valet parking and parked our car just in front of the hotel with dedicated parking lot for three days.

Cons:

Nothing all are good. But perhaps staff can be developed further to be more customer oriented, welcoming the guest all the times and don’t wait for guest to approach for greetings. Anyway it is still within average expectations.

Pros:

I love the places so much and its nearby to the food stalls too n easier for me to grab something to eat☺️

Cons:

For me eveything all fine with me n me n my husband love it so much but only that for room 1001 the only thing i dont like about its the tv, it didnt work at all n it were so frustating on that issue.
