The location can’t be beat, right on the main Square with a lovely view day and night of the gorgeous old buildings there. The staff at the front desk were truly exceptional, always friendly and very helpful.

I absolutely loved my stay! The people, the location, and the hospitality were exceptional.
From the moment I walked through the door, I felt genuinely welcomed and at home. The reception team was always smiling, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. They gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, helped us with directions around the city, and were always happy to assist with anything we needed.
I was in Zrenjanin for a tournament, and one morning we had to leave before breakfast started they prepared packed breakfasts to take with us
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The room was excellent value for money, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the location was perfect. I even got to enjoy watching the World Cup from my room!
I'm now in Belgrade, but honestly, the people of Zrenjanin are unmatched. Their warmth and kindness made this trip so special. Thank you for making us feel so welcome—I will definitely be coming back!
I wouldn't say I disliked anything, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, although I visited during a heat wave, so that may have contributed. The room was very clean when I first arrived, but during housekeeping, the pillowcase that needed changing wasn't replaced. Also, the bathroom floor mat wasn't changed and remained a bit soggy. The blackout curtains could also be improved—they weren't wide enough to fully cover the window, so sunlight came in around the edges early in the morning. I usually sleep in a dark room, so this affected my sleep.
