Pros:

新大阪駅から歩いて行ける。
目立つ建物で分かり易い。
清潔感
ベッドが快適

Cons:

部屋が狭く、twinで、2人が旅行カバンを開けられ無かった。

Comodo per la posizione e basta
Pros:

Struttura esternamente lussuosa, ottima posizione a 2 passi dalla metro e poco più distante dalla stazione dello shinkansen. Molto suggestiva la colazione al 32mo piano della torre con vista sulla citta e molto comoda la bilancia nella hall per pesare i bagagli. Presente una laundry e dei distributori di bevande.

Cons:

Camere troppo piccole, difficile muoversi all' interno con le valigie. Colazione prettamente orientale, di occidentale c'erano solo dei panini e un cestino di cornetti. Interazione con lo staff difficile e ridotta al minimo viste le barriere linguistiche, inglese parlato pari a 0. Il servizio per la pulizia della camera deve essere richiesto dal cliente mettendo i cestini fuori dalla porta. Al check in non ci era stato comunicato questo "dettaglio" quindi siamo stati i primi 2 giorni con la spazzatura in camera e letti sfatti e la sera trovavamo gli asciugamani puliti appesi in una busta fuori appesa sulla maniglia della porta. Abbiamo saputo di questa procedura per caso trovando in un cassetto dei volantini che spiegavano il da farsi. Il soggiorno ci è stato comodo per la vicinanza ai mezzi ma per il resto no

1秒チェックアウトはいいが20分チェックインは酷い
Cons:

カードキーが開かなくフロントで再発行しても又開かず再び再々発行してフロントの人と一緒に行ってやっと開いた。2度も18階まで往復させられた。カードキーの設定か何かを変えてうまくいったようだった。
