Pros:

Letti molto comodi. Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita. Struttura in un ottima posizione vicino alla metropolitana e in un quartiere silenzioso. Fornite con molta precisione tutte le informazioni per effettuare il check-in e accedere alla struttura. Peccato la mancanza dell'ascensore ma fortunatamente eravamo al primo piano.

Cons:

Sarebbe bello poter spedire/ricevere valigie in struttura.

The location and room itself if very good, but would be better with more amenities and staff presence
Pros:

The property was a very close walk to the subway station and seven eleven, and the location was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels (hand, body, and smaller towels). The luggage spaces under the bed were convenient.

Cons:

A few things; there was no lift (this was known) but it was still quite inconvenient lugging suitcases up three flights of stairs). The TV in the room was directly on the wall above the bed and too low down, meaning you couldn’t move around on one side for fear of hitting it. There was no tea or coffee sachets - only a kettle and three mugs (it would have been nice to at least have some tea sachets)- General lack of amenities (for the price). The lack of physical staff presence made it a little eerie (although we did not need to contact anyone, it would have been nice to have someone down in reception. The rooms were not soundproof, I would often wake up to other people laughing, shouting, dropping things, rattling the door handles. Although you need a key code to get in, a lot of times it sounded as if someone was trying to get in our room, which was a little unnerving.

La chambre est assez grande

Nous n’avons jamais croisé de staff .
Quand j’ai fait copier coller dans l’adresse sur booking cela m’a amené dans un autre quartier à plus de 20 min à pieds.

Il n’y a pas d’espaces communs, cela ressemble à un immeuble avec des appartements.

Good value for money, but small rooms.
Pros:

Very close to Shin-Okachimachi Metro station. It looks pretty new and in general the location is great. It's one of those staff-free hotels. You check in yourself via the App, you take the rubish out when it's full and someone comes regularly or every 3 days to do some cleaning. It's basically a budget hotel, but the value for money, specially if you plan to be outside the hotel most of the day, is really good.

Cons:

The family room for 4 people is small, like REALLY small. There is no place to eat properly, just a foldable table and 2 chairs for 4 people, but if you want to eat, then everything else has to be placed below the bed. It's too small. There is no elevator and carry suitcases to 4th floor is not nice. Also they dont clean every day or take the rubish out.
