Great location and only a short drive I had to be in the morning
The fact it was away from the city centre, in a residential area of Cardiff meant it was quieter. It had a real community spirit and was popular with the local area. Everyone was friendly, supportive and made sure that you were looked after
The inclusion of a mirror above the plug sockets would have been nice, to do hair and make up.

Unfortunately we were there during the exceptional heatwave in June, so the room got very hot despite using the electric fan.
What I needed a good Hotel, no fuss, relaxed, good location from where I need to be.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely excellent, especially about the event we was going to, the let us know there were updates to the rules, best way to get there by taxi. The rooms were lovely to stay in and were. There was an extra blanket in the bed as well just incase it was cold. The centre is a short walk away.

As I travelled by car I was looking for a good priced place with parking locally and within 15-20 min walk to the City Centre. This place fully met my expectations. Although entry to hotel / room was via door code I did see a member of staff who was very friendly. Area very good with plenty of amenities within short walking distance
