Ein Stadthotel in guter Lage aber die Höflichkeit des Leitungspersonals läßt zu wünschen übrig.
Pros:

Wir waren im Rahmen eines Klassentreffens in Bernburg, da wir am Sonntagmorgen noch gemeinsam frühstücken wollten haben wir uns, auch die Auswärtsschläfer, dort verabredet. Das Frühstück selbst war okay, wenn gleich ich als Betroffener glutenfreies Brot/Brötchen vermisst habe.

Cons:

Sauer aufgestoßen ist uns, die vorher nicht vereinbarte Gedeckpauschale von 3.50€/Person. Nun ist es nicht so, dass niemand von uns nicht auch einmal diese Pauschale zahlen könnte... Aber wenn der Betreiber bei telefonischer Rücksprache mitten im Klärungsgespräch einfach auflegt, dann hat das ein "Gschmäckle" und wird uns wohl im nächsten Jahr von diesem Hotel Abstand nehmen lassen.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war super!

Cons:

Der einzige Mangel war, dass für das Navi eine falsche Information gesendet wurde und ich darum eine halbe Stunde nach der Einfahrt für das Parkhaus gesucht habe. Im Hotel war alles sehr gut!!!

Ausgezeichnete Lage in der City, modernes schönes Zimmer, zuvorkommender Empfang, und vor allem: Hervorragendes Frühstück - nicht nur reichlich, sondern auch beste Qualität.
