good location, though the hotel is a little old and run down. Staff friendly.
Pros:

location great. room was fine, a little dated and worn and some chips, but ok. Door looked unsafe (lock was weird) but could lock it. also no conditioner in the shower.

Cons:

There was garbage in the hallway ion the floor. It looked like a bag spilled or broke and no one bothered to clean it up. Not a good look. Breakfast was what I expected, though hoped there would be oatmeal.

Das Frühstück war o.k wenn auch minimalistisch. Die Zimmer waren sauber aber das wars dann schon, mehr positives gällt mir absolut nicht ein.

Cons:

Den angepriesenen Pool gibt es nicht mehr, das Personal war teilweise, je nach Schucht o,k und teilweise unterirdisch. Das ganze Haus muss renoviert werden und für ein Best Western Plus eine Zumuntung

La dame de l’accueil était très gentille. C’est le seul point positif que je garde.

Cet hôtel est ma plus grande déception aux états unis pourtant il a été rénové comme les autres best western. C’était très sale. Il y avait Des poubelles dans les couloirs. Le mobilier était cassé. Le sol collait. Le congélateur était givré. Tout était mal entretenu. Les céréales du petit déjeuner étaient passées et les portes des placards cassés. On est très vite parti. Heureusement ce n’était qu’une nuit. Le soir suivant nous étions dans un autre best western à Raleigh. On a pu comparer et c’était le jour et la nuit. Il y a clairement un défaut d’entretien à Richmond c’est bien dommage.

Location was decent.

Cons:

Walked in the front door and was overcome with a strong stench of Marijuana. Was given my room keys and got in the elevator. I don't think it has ever been cleaned, had a terrible odor. Get to my room and opened the door and was hit with another putrid stench, and the room hadn't even been cleaned from the last guest. Got a new room and while the room had been cleaned, somewhat, it smelled and the floor was greasy. 2nd day needed more towels and they didn't have any. Front desk gave me pool towels. Will not be staying there again.

There wasn't much to like about my stay..The staff left much to be desired as far as manners went..Somewhat rude..and not accommodating, although housekeeping were very nice.

Cons:

The front desk staff...just plain, nothing to 👄 about or write home about.

I was overall disappointed in the hotel
Pros:

Overall I did like how the location was right next to the highway for easy departure.

Cons:

For starters, once I checked in I was giving a non smoking room which very much smelled like smoke. I went and ask for another one and she helped with no problem.
Second I didnt like how check out is at 11am and my room was knocked on well before that. He knocked on my door at 10:40 which I was still in the process of getting dressed. I instantly felt as that I was being rushed.
Third my room only had 1 washcloth which should be a minimum on 2 in each room.

It sucked.
Pros:

Well, the front door staff was rude. Then when I got to my Rome there was roaches dirty bathroom a hole in the ceiling
And it smelled of moldy water

No bugs, no moldy, water being clean and good customer service

The room is not up to par. The cleanliness is not good. Overall the I see spots that need to be clean I find a dirty sock before I check out. I have pictures and video to show proof and I would like to have my refund back because I’m not happy
