The size of room with the 3 beds and adjoining room turned into one room

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. We brought our own pillows. The room had a fridge and microwave. No coffee maker, though you could get coffee at the office. The room was well stocked with supplies. The office is run out of two of the rooms, not the old lobby. This is a great value for the money

Cons:

When we arrived we couldn't find the office to check in. There were two vehicles in the parking lot that hadn't been driven in quite a while. One had two flat tires. Both had thick dust and spider webs.

Pros:

The price is good in HIlton head island. They prepare everything you need in your room. The whole inn looks very old and the main building is closed. But the room is spacious and clean. No other facilities.

Cons:

The room key card was easily deactivated when kept near a cellphone, so we had to get it reprogrammed several times.The elevator is very old, and the "Close Door" button is broken. Be careful not to press the alarm button by mistake.

Price and location. The cleanliness was actually decent. This is the hotel you would expect for this price at this good location.

Cons:

Room was not well sealed and required a constantly running dehumidifier to remain usable. The bathroom and towels were perfumed with a hanging lavender potpourri so they all had that smell. The reason was clear when I removed it: the excessive moisture in the room caused the bathroom to smell musty.
