Exceptionally clean and unusually terrific guest appreciation
Pros:

Housekeeping staff should be commended. My room was absolutely spotless! The room also had everything I could expect, all in working order. The amount of fruit, donuts, and other complimentary snacks available to guests is very generous. Consider taking advantage of the early checkout which returns $25 to the guest for checking out prior to 8:00 a.m. Lastly, Mina is a very generous and competent general manager. I highly recommend Simple Rewards Inn.

Pros:

Room was very comfy and had all things necessary for a stay. The location can’t be beaten for the price. Less than a 10 minute drive to multiple beach parks!

MIna Bhakta the general manager was quite the joker! Very easy to deal with and a pleasant person overall. Liked the early bird leaving the site before 8am rebate with actual cash back. Was so impressed I stayed there again on my return trip back home. Well maintained, very clean rooms each time rivals any 4-5 star rooms I've stayed in. Comfortable and very quiet so was able to get a good nights rest before the long haul back to home.

Pros:

It was fairly basic but clean and comfortable and value for money. Breakfast was a selection of pastries, chocolate, fruit and tea/coffee in the reception area - just help yourself! Ideal for a fleeting visit and close to Hilton Head harbour

My husband and I went on our first trip away since having our youngest 7 years ago. Everything was so clean!! Great snacks!!! Mrs. Mina was so sweet! We will absolutely be back with our kids.

Worst treatment ever by a hotel staff member
Cons:

Manager wouldn't even attempt to honor my reservation made via another hotel for my 18 year-old daughter. Said she needed to pay him in cash. Called it fraud when I tried to talk to him about it. Instead called the police leaving my 18 year-old daughter alone in a city 5 hrs from us to spend the night at a gas station.
