Great hotel in Detroit, great staff.
Pros:

Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Amazing shower and very comfortable beds.

Cons:

We booked for location near river walk, but route we planned to take was blocked off by roadworks, so not the property’s fault, but still a frustration.

Amazing!
Pros:

My husband and I stayed here for the 1st time, we were celebrating our 21st anniversary. All the staff were friendly, the breakfast attendants all were so pleasant and patient,.food was very good. The dinner attendants were also very kind. I would like to really give a shout out to Craig, who served us on the 25th floor. Being our 1st time, he gave us a little history on things, his acknowledging us was appreciated, even tho he was extremely busy....the 25th floor was amazingly beautiful! We also would like to thank and give a big shout out to Yaz, he showed us our room and took our luggage up for us, also he explained were different restaurants and shops were located, also answering every questions we had! The hotel was beautiful and very clean...our room very comfortable. Overall it was so worth it, and it added more joy to our reasoning, on coming to Detroit! Definitely a 5 star hotel...we'll definitely be back!

Pleasantly surprised with the overall facility and friendliness of the staff.
Pros:

Nice high floor room with great views of both the river and the city. Location perfect for walking to most any of the best restaurants and bars downtown. Above average service levels and friendliness of the staff.

Cons:

Wish there had been a nice lounging chair or couch in the room. Our friends room had that but not ours. The lounges and restaurants have very limited hours of operation.

Pros:

Detroit Michigan ,very nice rooms,very clean and friendly staff, great atmosphere, we went during a big volleyball tournament so it was a bit busy but over all great stay for me and my family.
