Overall stay was good for one night. Staff was friendly and facility was clean.
Pros:

Poor Cleanliness
Pros:

Wouldn’t recommend, shower was not cleaned between guests (see old gum on shower floor). Staff was unresponsive to service line when contacted.

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location overlooking the Detroit River and Canada. Downtown and Riverside Walk within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Hotel was unable to book a taxi on our behalf to return to the airport therefore best to ensure that you have the Uber App available on your mobile telephone to ensure no difficulty in travelling beyond downtown.

Perfect Views
Pros:

We chose this hotel because we wanted clear views of the river fireworks, as well as enjoy a nice hotel experience. Our room was on the 17th floor with breathtaking views! Check-in was seamless and the front desk staff was helpful. The fireworks display was amazing! The only downside of our evening were our very loud neighbors. They were slamming doors, screaming and shouting until 1:30 a.m. which did not allow us a good night sleep at all. We did call the front desk on two occasions, but the neighbors were only quiet for a short amount of time and then went right back at it. For the price of the room, we were disappointed and would hesitate to do it again. Overall, a great hotel for views, location, and staff, but caution for loud guests.

Fantastic Views.
Pros:

Fantastic views of the city. So close to the stadium - we walked there and back. easy to get to and leave from. Comfortable bed. Clean. Front desk was great. Had a fridge.

Cons:

No microwave and parking is $45 a night.

Repeatable Great Experience
Pros:

I have stayed here before because of the location and great service. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. The views of the Detroit River are spectacular. This trip we had our young grandsons and they were made to feel special as well. Very close to the People Mover and the Qline. Because of the proximity to the Detroit River, also very close to the Riverwalk which is awesome. The valet service is excellent as well. I have stayed here before and will stay here again. Just a quick note on GPS: You want to arrive on Larned and not on Jefferson. Larned is a one way street so just pay attention. If GPS takes you on to Jefferson, just make a Michigan left and circle around the hotel on to Larned and make a right. Not a big deal if you are expecting it.

My new Hotel in Detroit!!
Pros:

An amazing stay everything was perfect on this trip. Fantastic Hotel even better people. You can trust this review I am in Executive Management for Hotel and Resorts. It was the best stay I have had in awhile, and that is saying something.
