Pros:

It was in a very central location. We could walk to many places, and transportation was very convenient. We were close to restaurants, shopping areas, and riverside walks. We were also very comfortable with our baby. Our room was spacious and bright, and the view was magnificent.

Pros:

Location was good, view from room was great. Loved design in room as well.

Cons:

Cockroaches in pool/sauna area. Not little ones either they were biggies. Parking was also very expensive and made the trip slightly inconvenient since it’s valet and not just an in and out garage.

Perfect location with beautiful views.

Views were stunning

Cons:

The sheets felt like they had been starched. Softer sheets would have been nicer.

There was some mold/discoloration of the caulk in the shower.

Encouraging for the next travel
Pros:

I like the location. It was perfect for where I had to be for work and gave me ideas on what I will do next time I have to visit.

Cons:

The room I was in was next to an elevator and mechanical room. Front desk said because of the time I arrived that is where he had me.

Location was great, check-in went well.

Cons:

More food options at the Top of the Poncht (there were limited options for gluten-free eaters and the brussel sprouts we ordered were not available, leaving us no food to order with our cocktails). Also the carpet in the hallways and rooms needs to be upgraded - it was old and seemed dirty. The room wasn't vacuumed well (lots of old crumbs where the floor meets the wall). Lighting was dark during the day.
