The food and the waiters were great but some of the front desk staff weren't they were rude.
Some of the front desk staff were no lt polite at all, with a long face.

Comfortable room and clean
El hotel no tenía luz, el cuarto era súper pequeño y viejo, se sentía con humedad y goteaba la regadera
La ubicación es buena.
El mantenimiento de la habitación no se ha hecho en años, no limpian la alfombra, la puerta del baños estaba rota y se atoraba en el piso, se tiraba el agua del lavamanos, las ventanas con vidrios muy rallados.

Sólo está un poco retirado de zonas importantes.
El área de alberca súper bonita, ni parece que estás en una avenida muy transitada. La temperatura del agua bien agradable. El desayuno buffet incluído muy bien, el personal muy amable y la ubicación muy buena.
El baño de la habitación es muy chiquito.

Las camas son muy cómodas, así como las almohadas, la alberca climatizada. La atención de los meseros en el restaurante y room service
Esta vez me toco una habitación que las llaves..del baño fue difícil cerrar bien. Pues goteaba
La limpienza, atención, estacionamiento. Tiene una alberca muy bonita y limpia.
Las camas dobles no son tamaño matrimonial ni tampoco individual. por lo que compartir cama resulta incómodo. El colchón era muy incomodo.
El desayuno es rico y la limpieza de las habitaciones es muy buena.
Había evento en los salones y dejar el coche como huesped fue un poco complicado
