Pros:

Very close to HNL airport and has free shuttle bus service. Hotel also has restaurant on the premises.

Cons:

Noisey AC unit. Free breakfast, if included in room reservation, is take-out only and choices are not that numerous. Buffet breakfast is charged extra. Restaurant staff not attentive enough when need to replenish hott food items.

Pros:

Airport shuttle, location made it easy and not to expensive to take Charlie's taxi to Honolulu surgery center. I highly recommend Kamaaina to stay here for overall expense and ease of getting to and from Airport to surgery center and back to motel and then back to airport.

Cons:

Restaurant didn't take cash for dinner. But plenty of places within easy walking distance.

This Hotel Scam

This Hotel Scam.

Very disappointing experience.

After checking into the hotel, we went out briefly to buy food because we were exhausted from jet lag. The next morning, our child wanted to watch TV, but we discovered the TV screen was damaged and almost the entire screen was unusable. The room also had an unpleasant smell.

We reported everything to the front desk while checking out.

We told a report to front desk because we wanted to complain about the hotel facilities , they gave us smell room, cockroach and even the broken TV.

The staff checked the room briefly and told us . They would inform the manager. But the manager didn’t come.
We were clearly told that we could leave and that there would be no charges.

However, only a few hours later, the hotel charged our credit card $700 without explanation.

Instead of resolving the complaint professionally, they charged us after telling us we would not be charged anything. This feels very dishonest and unfair.

Very upsetting experience and poor customer service. Be careful before staying here.

Hotel close to airport and the shuttle was very convenient. Our room was very spacious and clean.
Pros:

Desk staff were very helpful. Shuttle driver was very helpful and cordial. He made sure we got to right airline area.

Perfekt für eine Nacht in Airport Nähe
Pros:

Wir sind spät Abends angekommen und früh wieder gefahren, daher haben wir gar nicht so viel vom Hotel und der Umgebung gesehen. Es gibt einen Shop, der Getränke und kleine Snacks verkauft. es gab auch ein Restaurant, aber das haben wir nicht besucht. Das Zimmer war groß und die Betten bequem. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice zum Airport. Das ist perfekt, wenn man keinen Mietwagen mehr hat. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen
