Easy to get to from airport, hotel shuttle bus was handy and convenient, easy to find. Beds were comfortable,.and interconnected rooms great for families
The included breakfast was a bit weird, had to choose one item from a list in the restaurant, but weren't allowed to eat it in restaurant, had to eat it in foyer for some reason. A kettle in room would have been good
Not in Waikiki
$30 “amenities fee”, $44 parking fee, loud road noise, dirty carpets and no parking if you came back late to the property.

It’s an airport hotel. Location is the main factor.
This is a tired hotel in need of major updating or even just basic maintenance. It’s a 2-star quality for a 3-star price. Way out of proportion.
The location was really why we booked it. It was a bed and bathroom.
Was not very clean. It wasn’t disgusting but we knew the cleaners hair color… definitely not worth the cost but you pay for convenience.

Great staff as usual, very kind, very friendly. The location is great for layover.
The bathroom was not at its cleanest this time around (mind you, I come here often and it is usually very clean) would still come back, the positives outweigh the unusual negative. But also, they let me check-in 2 hours early so perhaps the slightly less than standard bathroom clean can be attributed to accommodating me earlier.
Staff is always the best, top tier. Location great for a layover. Facilities are great for an airport hotel. They let me check out 1 hour later than the norm at no charge.
Can't complain this trip.
