Erst ab der 2. Nacht bekamen wir, und auch erst nachdem wir reklamiert hatten, eine tolle Juniorsuite.

We booked the deluxe rooms. They were spacious. Excellent location. Very central and walking distance to major attractions in room.

Cons:

The only thing I was surprised with is that we asked for late checkout and we were charged €40 for additional two hours.

ביום השני חזרנו בשעה 2 בצהריים במלון לא ניקו לנו עדיין את החדר ובסוף לא ניקו בכלל באותו יום כי לא היה רלוונטי
היינו זוג וקיבלנו מיטה זוגית שמחוברת על ידי 2 מיטות יחיד והמזרונים כל פעם נפרדו והיה מרווח לא נוח לישון כזוג יחד
המיקום שלו אבל טוב והנותני שירות בקבלה מאוד נחמדים
חושב שלא שווה את המחיר

Brilliant location and comfortable stay.
Pros:

This is a great boutique hotel in a brilliant location. Room was located in a different location close by. Loved the quiet and comfortable room, very spacious for Rome location. Air conditioning worked well, room clean and comfortable, loved the coffee machine. I would definitely stay here again.

The manager Giovanni took care of the situation made a horrible experience to a pleasant stay. Thank you from Cielo sist

I booked 2 nights with breakfast for jr suite for 3 people .
First room we were assigned the air condition didn’t work. It was really hot and didn’t sleep at all. We got moved to different building next day. Thanks to Giovanni the manager for resolving the issue. I wish to be compensated for one night that was a horrible experience.
I also want to acknowledge Martina from front desk , Butch the bellboy, also Angelo and Glenn from warm welcome from breakfast station
I will stay here again to give them another chance.

Convinience it is walking distance to all shopping , food , Spanish steps and trevi fountain . Safe area
