Parties communes un peu vieillottes, chambre et balcon agréables, douche trop petite.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner qui ne donne pas envie. Peu de choix et de qualité très moyenne. Différents pains sans intérêt, aucune viennoiserie, fruits durs et moches...

Le petit déjeuner et accueil inexistant.

Hyggeligt og ikke overrendt hotel, med udsigt til bjergtoppene, som er enormt dyre at komme op til.
Pros:

Great views of the Matterhorn and next to the old ‘town’.
Pros:

Room with balcony looking over the Matterhorn. Very nice restaurant with helpful and chatty staff.

Cons:

The restaurant, unbeknown to us, was closed on one of our evenings when we had mentioned the night before that we would be dining there!

Perfect place for a short stay
Pros:

I loved the balcony, just sitting on it of a evening/morning, unreal. The bed was so comfy, slept really well. Lovely and clean, fantastic staff and unreal breakfast

Comfortable and great services for staff very accommodating. Excellent location. Near Harry’s Bar and views of the Matte

Double rooms
Better and can lookout to the Matterhorn -lovely
Quiet and comfortable just ensure even as a single traveler you book a double room and request Matterhorn view

Cons:

Small rooms for singles and some had an unpleasant smell

I got upgraded and had an amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Room was very nice and breakfast was good.

Pros:

The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the station.
Can easily see the Matterhorn right from the balcony, so there's no need to go out just to catch the sunrise.
The younger female receptionist provided excellent service and was very friendly.
As for breakfast, it was okay—just the basic selection.

Hotel Extraorndinaire in Zermatt
Pros:

Fantastic location and amazing staff made our stay so enjoyable. Easy walking access to main shopping area and railway station and Gornergrat Bahnhof. Dining service was excellent and Janka and the team were amazing. Very well appointed room with a balcony and stunning views of The Matterhorn from there and your bed (if ypu choose to lie in and watch the sunrise and experience The Matterhorn in alpenglow!).

Cons:

The only disappointment was leaving such a wonderful hotel at the end of our stay.

Our stay is very pleasant. Happy to give a 5 star rating. Highly recommend.

Room is super clean and spacious, with Matterhorn view on the balcony. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel offers free taxi to station. Meals are great!
