Im Grossen und Ganzen in Ordnung, mit einem leicht etwas bitteren Nachgeschmack.

Die Lage und die Ruhe für mich. Frühstück war auch ganz in Ordnung, es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Beim Gästeempfang: kein herzliches Willkommen, Reaktion als hätte ich gestört.
Auf Reklamationen keine Reaktion erhalten. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt.

Die Ansicht des Matterhorns ist überwältigend
Pros:

Die Lage ist zentrumsnah. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Kaffee war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei den Tipps zu Ausflügen.

Cons:

Das Einzelbett war nur ein schmales (90cm). Wäre schön, wenn 120cm Standard werden würde in Einzelzimmer.

L'emplacement est idéal, avec des tarifs raisonnables et une vue sur le Cervin depuis la chambre dès le matin. Le service est également soigné, avec un accueil chaleureux. C'est une expérience remarquable.

部屋からマッターホルンがよく見えた。
朝食がとても美味しく品数も多く、2歳の息子が食べれるものもたくさんあり満足。連泊しても飽きなかった。

部屋が少し寒かった。暖房をマックスにしたけど。
部屋にケトルがなかった。
金曜から土曜にかけて、深夜2時前頃まで爆音で音楽が流れていてうるさくてたまらなかった。おそらく建物直結のバーの音楽？土曜~日曜日にかけては静かだった。
ボディソープはあったけど、シャンプーがないのは口コミで知ってましたが、やっぱりシャンプーもあったほうが絶対いいと思った。
