The room was spacious. Bery clean. The curtains blocked out all light. The breakfast room was large to accommodate guests. Eggs, sausage, ham, waffles, toast, cottage cheese, fruit, yogurt, etc. for breakfast. It's right at a mall. Great price for the area.
We liked the location and the amenities that La Quinta offered
Our room was dirty. There was food bits on the floor and our 13 month old found and was trying to eat. The bedding was dirty, not just stained but actually dirty. There was exposed metal brackets on the bed frame that our 13 month old and our 3 year old could have seriously hurt themselves on and there was no safety latch on our 3rd story window. When we were switched rooms to the 4th floor, there was still no safety latch in the window and there was blood stains in the bedding.
Took three days of a six day trip to get key cards that worked. Bathroom smelled. Toilet poorly flushed. A/C makes constant noise. Noisey guests on floor above.

My husband is always cold and I am always hot so an extra blanket in the room would have been nice.
When we got there at around 415 our room wasn’t ready, they told us it would be 15 minutes, we had to leave to meet family, so we told them we will be back later we had plans for the night. We got back around 1130 .they gave our room away .said the card I used was declined. But I used a different card to reserve it. I wanted to use a card I hadn’t used yet , it didn’t work. The gal at the front desk was very apologetic, and said the only room available was used, they had someone check into that room already , there was a stink in the room, so why would we want a room someone has been in and stinks , no thanks !
A lot ! Then we ended up driving home which was 3 hours away after we spent 1 1/2 hours looking for a room . There was banana ball and a concert in the area that night

No pressure shower, the mirror above sink lighting is terrible ( makeup hard for wife to do ), refrigerator full of frost…
