Leider nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Lage zu Straßenbahn und U Bahn war gut.

Cons:

Es war nicht gut geputzt, Haare auf dem Bett, im Badezimmer, im Kühlschrank. Staubig.
Balkon verdreckt.
Verwaltung war nicht über WhatsApp und Email zu erreichen.
Klimaanlage war zu laut,
Zimmer zur Bahn hin war sehr laut, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern.

Muy buena la estancia en apartamentos Jimmy
Pros:

Todo en muy buen estado, con todo tipo de detalles. Conexiones con el aeropuerto y el centro geniales, en 15 minutos estás en ambos.

Cons:

En realidad nos gustó todo, quizás que no pudimos calentar el apartamento, pues cuando llegamos el apartamento estaba bastante fresco por la temperatura que nos hizo los días que es tuvimos. Aún así, nos ofrecieron un calefactor.
Como sugerencia, más perchas en el armario.

Wonderful as we expected.
Pros:

This is the second time we have been to this place. The conditions are perfect. The accommodation is very comfortable, at least for us self-check-in is preferable. It is not in the center of Vienna, but close to the metro and tram and close to the center of Simmering.

Pros:

Gute Lage, ruhig (bis auf die S-Bahn, aber sie fährt nicht so oft), die Innenstadt ist mit Öffis gut zu erreichen, gute und komfortable Betten.

Cons:

Die Wohnung ist schöner fotografiert, als sie ist. Die Küche ist nicht darauf angelegt, dort wirklich zu kochen: Einer der zwei Töpfe hatte keinen Deckel, es gab keine kleinen scharfen Messer (und nur ein großes), die Spüle hatte keinen Stöpsel - also war auch vernünftiges Abwaschen unmöglich. Auf Nachfrage haben wir beim Service noch Messer bekommen.

Indimenticabile
Pros:

Struttura ben organizzata con tutte l’occorrente per cucinare.L’ appartamento è vicino alla stazione s7 dal e per l’aeroporto. E vicino al tram 71 per raggiungere vari punti di interesse e la metro u3 per raggiungere facilmente il centro stephanplatz. E da lì prendere le varie metro. Se dovessi ritornare a Vienna alloggerei li semza pensarci due volte.

Great location and price, needs better maintainance
Pros:

The location is great and near public transport and stores, in a calm neighbourhood. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom is quite spacious. Easy access and check in and out.

Cons:

The couch has seen better days and was quite dirty and stained and there was no blanket or cover for it so we had to improvise our own. The apartment is just one out of many in a whole apartment building and it shows because the lack of regular maintainance is evident in some areas (lamps flickering, lack of any extra blankets or covers, no tablecloths, weak batteries in the remote), the apartment just needs a thorough maintanance check, not just cleaning. The cleaner surprised us one morning (we went for groceries), there was no info about the cleaning beforehand, but the cleaner was really effective and fast and courteous, we waited in the lounge until he was done. So, with one good maintainance trip to work out and fix all the kinks and deepcleaning the couch, most of the problems could be fixed.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικό, πολύ καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, πολύ κοντά σε μετρό και τρένο.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο γέμιζε με φως από τα ξημερώματα καθώς δεν υπήρχαν κουρτίνες ή σκούρα στόρια.

Excellent stay in Vienna
Pros:

The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The self check-in process was easy, and the instructions were clear. The location was convenient, with good public transport connections to the city center.

We especially appreciated the luggage storage area on our departure day. Everything was exactly as described. Highly recommended!

Cons:

We needed more that 1 towel per person because we stayed for 5 nights. But that's a detail to the whole good experienve!
