Красивый отель в сердце города
Pros:

Замечательный просторный номер. В душе отличный напор воды. Очень красивый балкон и вид с него. Идеальное расположение.

Cons:

Перед нашим приездом номер был не до конца подготовлен - душ был сломан, а в комнате было очень много комаров. По нашей просьбе на следующий день сотрудники всё исправили.

Расположение отеля хорошее!
Уборка в номере (протирали пол) каждый день… да плюс
Замена полотенец раз в 3 дня… что тоже хорошо
Постельное меняют раз в 5 дней… но при этом подушки вонючие

Cons:

Куча комаров! Просто невозможно жить- поставьте сетку на окно! Лейка в душе просто невозможно течет! Полотенца ужасного качества - одно было всегда маленькое и синтетическое - не впитывало.
Вишенка на торте - фен, которым опасно сушиться! В руках коротнуло его так, что на руке черная полоса, в номере нет электричества совсем! Да, конечно, на ночь переселили в другой номер до починки электричества, но насовсем переселить отказались…. Спасибо что живая осталась, как говорится. А после уже с очень сильной опаской включаешь любой электроприбор
На кухне отсутствует разделочная доска…. Что либо порезать: на столе или на тарелке… что совершенно не удобно….

התארחנו במלון בבטומי והחוויה שלנו הייתה מעורבת. לצערי, המלון במציאות לא היה נראה כמו בתמונות באתר, והיה פער משמעותי בין הציפיות לבין מה שקיבלנו. האור בשירותים לא היה תקין, המיטה הייתה ממש לא נוחה, והמעלית של המלון קטנה מאוד בקושי נכנסים בה שני אנשים.

מצד שני, למלון יש יתרון גדול מבחינת המיקום הוא נמצא ממש במרכז, מטר מכיכר פיאצה, קרוב להרבה מקומות. עם זאת, בדיעבד היינו מעדיפים לבחור מלון על הטיילת, שם לדעתי יש יותר אווירה ויותר מה לעשות.

חשוב לציין שהקבלה הייתה אדיבה מאוד וניסתה לעזור בכל דרך אפשרית, וזה בהחלט לזכות המלון. בסופו של דבר, למרות השירות והמיקום המעולה, החוויה הכללית שלנו לצערנו לא הייתה מושלמת.

I didn’t like anything about the property. It looks completely different from the photos. The room is very small, old, and has a lot of damage and signs of wear.

The view is terrible, overlooking the back of the building, and this is not shown in the photos at all. The ventilation and exhaust systems of the neighboring building are extremely close to the balcony, almost attached to it.

There are no mosquito screens on the balcony door or the window, making it impossible to keep them open at night. We tried everything, but nothing helped with the mosquitoes.

Расположение отеля просто супер — всё рядом. Сам отель приятный и добротный, не к чему придраться. Кровать удобная и просто супер. И вид из балкона красивый. Рекомендасьон!

However, the cleanliness of the room was a serious issue this time, and we were very disappointed with the condition we found. Luckily, we were only staying for one night.

Cons:

On the day of our departure, we discovered that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and some areas had mold. Overall, the room did not give the impression of being well-maintained or thoroughly cleaned.
