Dated and old. Time for a makeover
The location, as it was close to where we had to be for the weekend.
The staff were helpful whenever we did need assistance.
Big room was a bonus. Heating was good.
The room and hotel is very dated - not worth the amount paid.
The room cleanliness is poor, didn't seem like it was vacumed well and the room door was sticking, so you had to give it a shove to get it opened. Noise level is bad - floor boards creaking and you can hear people walking up the stairs, in lobby and downstairs.
Bathroom needs a definite renovation and an exhaust fan.
Amenities weren't refilled such as bath soaps etc.
Pillows need a definite upgrade - not the best nights sleep.
Older but clean and tidy
Mattresses seriously need replacing. Some of the linen was really warn with holes in the pillowcases

Casey warm room had all we needed we had pork belly room service it was delish
