Comfortable, but could use some improvement.
Pros:

The staff were nice and helpful, especially at breakfast. The breakfast was exceptional fo what most hoyels usually are, my whole family really enjoyed it.

Cons:

One of the beds in the room was broken, and almost caused at least 3 separate injuries. The microwave both overcooked and undercooked popcorn at the same time, and the fridge froze our drinks solid overnight.

Pleasant place, good location, bad room choice for that evening.
Pros:

Location was great, near gas and food.

Cons:

Room 311, King Suite, right across from elevator. Unacceptably noisy neighbors on both sides. Front desk visited, but both sides started up again almost immediately. Noise almost all night long, stopped around five am, in room which shared a wall with my bed. I got very little sleep. Unfortunate as everything else was good.

Good clean facilities with breakfast and swimming pool included. Location close to shops and restaurants
Pros:

Clean friendly staff. It had indoor swimming pools and continental breakfast

Cons:

They ask for $100 deposit and I left room in good shape. They failed to give my deposit back I have called and they keep acting like they can’t find my reservation for that date and won’t give my deposit back. I’m very upset about it
