Good location. Has potential to be a good place. Liked kitchen area. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice
Had roaches. Floors were very dirty. Lots of thugs hanging around outside our doors all night

Location and staff were great
The only thing I didn’t care for is we only had 2 pillows on the bed and two sheets, no blanket. I was in a non smoking room but the sheets smelled like smoke and the smoke detector was hanging down so I grabbed a stool and connected back to the ceiling.
There was no breakfast!
The staff was very rude. Especially one individual!!!

The waiting to get checked in was long, the customer service was not professional, there was broken equipment a stove that didn’t work with a very bad smell coming from the fridge and stove.
The linens had holes in them………….. had to clean the air filters because of the smell. And there was definitely no sign of any cleaning.
Very clean and close to university.

The little kitchen was nice
There were not dishes to uses, a roach was found in the room, have not received any indication of getting the $50 damage deposit back.

El cuarto no era cómodo, estaba demasiado sucio y tenía cucarachas, tampoco había secadora de pelo y tampoco había plancha para la ropa. Pésimo lugar, no lo recomiendo.
My stay was great
Quiet, clean and the water was hot. Did not use the pool so don’t have an option on it.
Location was ok but I have a bad hip and the 2nd floor was kinda hard
The tv Was kinda small and the remote didn’t work correctly.

The location was good .
The room has the tabacco smell , the floor was sticky , the bathtub was white ashes . The sheets were not clean enough.
Bed comfort.
Cleanliness, roaches everywhere, TV didn't work, AC leaked an absurdity amount in the middle of the night. Not all the staff, but only one lady that works till 3pm in the say shift that make the place even more miserable.
It was in good location clean nice and helpful employes
