Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es buena, ya que se llega rápidamente a la plaza principal del pueblo. El personal es muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Además, el desayuno ofrece una gran variedad de opciones y todo lo que probamos estaba delicioso. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy agradable.

De locatie: het hotel was goed gelegen om Bacalar deels te voet en deels met de auto te verkennen. En het ontbijt wordt a la minute klaargemaakt: je kan 1 gerecht kiezen uit de menukaart van het restaurant. De inrichting in de lobby is mooi gedaan.

Cons:

Hygiëne was redelijk ver te zoeken. We zijn gestart met vuile lakens, een douchekop die vol kalk zat zodat er amper 5 mini stralen uitkwamen, redelijk wat schimmel in de badkamer (aan de raam en de voegen) en ramen die al zeer lange tijd niet meer gekuist waren. De lakens en de douchekop zijn na expliciete vraag wel snel opgelost, maar basishygiëne neem je toch je hele verblijf met je mee in je achterhoofd. Ook zijn ze momenteel nog aan het bijbouwen en verbouwen, dus als je van plan bent om te genieten aan het zwembad, dan mag je dit in rust en sereniteit wel vergeten. De slijpschijven en de boormachines zijn je dagelijkse achtergrond van 8-20. Ook in het weekend. Tevens ligt het zwembad vol afval van de bouwwerken. De werklui proberen dit wel proper te houden, jammer dat het personeel van het hotel dit niet op zich neemt. Een klamboe staat online vermeld, maar is niet aanwezig. Muggenspray is een absolute must om mee te nemen.

Pros:

Espaces extérieurs et communs magnifiques, très bon petit déjeuner servi dans le très beau restaurant attenant. Belle piscine et hôtel très bien situé. Chambre bien agencée malgré la petite taille du logement.

Cons:

Chambre minuscule avec des escaliers étroits et raides pour atteindre le matelas de la mezzanine. Mauvaises odeurs quand la climatisation n'est pas allumée. Nous avons eu deux pannes de courant pendant notre séjour et il y a des travaux juste côté qui peuvent être bruyants par moments.

Buen ambiente.

Cons:

La recepción cierra a las 11:00 pm y se apagan todas las luces de áreas comunes. Puedes abrir la puerta y entrar pero se siente un poco extraño llegar hasta tu habitación con la luz de tu celular.

Precioso y cómodo lugar para disfrutar Bacalar en todos los sentidos
Pros:

Bonito hotel Eco-Boutique, diseño, integracion con la naturaleza, espacios al aire libre. La zona de alberca es estupenda para relajarse, tomarse algo, disfrutar de buena música. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero con gusto y muy cómodas. El restaurante es de lo mejor de Bacalar. Buena carta, mejor sazón. Está en una ubicación excelente, muy céntrico.

Awesome swimming pool and lounge music was awesome including all the waiters attending to us.

Restaurant Waah on the premises was where I had the breakfast included. Adrian and Alondra were so professional and attentive. Not to mention the delicious variety on the menu. I had the Huevos Motuleñod.

Kakkerlakken op de kamer en vervelend personeel

De locatie was perfect. Er was een ruime keuze aan lekker ontbijt. Mooi zwembad. Het bed lag goed.

Cons:

Er zaten ontzettend veel kakkerlakken in onze kamer. Ze bleven maar tevoorschijn komen. Ook waren er mieren, muggen en gekko’s binnen. Dit hotel was duidelijk vergane glorie. Het ziet er op eerste oog mooi uit, maar als je beter kijkt zie je overal schimmel of vlekken. Via kieren/gaten zie je een reeks ongedierte binnenkomen.
Wat erg vervelend was, was dat bij het uitchecken werd beweerd dat we nog een openstaande rekening hadden met allerlei drankjes die wij niet hadden besteld, maar wel op mijn naam stonden. Kan gebeuren natuurlijk. Maar later die dag hebben 2 mensen van het hotel mij nog geappt dat ik de rekening moet betalen. Hoewel ik bij het uitchecken al had uitgelegd dat het een fout moest zijn, bleven ze er via whatsapp over doorgaan. Dit voelde erg ongemakkelijk. Ik zou nooit meer in dit hotel willen verblijven.
