La atención del personal es magnífica, los alimentos del restaurante excelentes, la alberca pequeña pero muy buena y sin horario de cierre.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son pequeñas y la recámara está en la parte superior y no es de fácil acceso para personas mayores, no hay TV en la habitación y es algo que si se requiere, en lo personal, hay demasiados zancudos molestos.

Pros:

tolle Lage an der Lagune (gleich nebenan ein öffentlicher Steg), Poolbereich im Hotel sehr nett, Rezeptionist sehr freundlich, Frühstück gut aber etwas zu wenig (um völlig satt zu sein), Zimmer sind sauber, Wasserkrug im Zimmer wird täglich nachgefüllt (aber es gibt keinen allgemeinen Wasserspender)

Cons:

das Personal im Restaurant war nicht gastfreundlich, erklärte nichts und war nicht freundlich (auch wenn man Spanisch mit ihnen sprach)
beim Frühstück kann nur EIN Gericht (sauer oder süß) gewählt werden + EINE Tasse Kaffee oder Tee (für weitere Bestellungen muss ein Aufpreis bezahlt werden) - die Frühstücks-Gerichte schmecken gut, aber man wird nicht zu 100 % von einem Gericht satt
das Zimmer hat einen leicht muffigen Geruch

La ubicación está excelente además de las instalaciones con las que cuentan son estupendas, el restaurante cuenta con una carta muy de la región y para varios gustos, el sabor es excelente. Victor fue muy atento y en general todo el personal

Cons:

Siento que la escalera para subir a la cama tiene muy alto el último escalón ñ es de diferente altura a los demás eso provoco que en varias ocasiones nos pegaramos en el pie y espinilla😔.

Stylish hotel in Bacalar.
Pros:

A very stylish and clean hotel with a great pool and common areas. The breakfast included in very nice and the service by all the staff was excellent. The hotel is located in a great, quiet area a close walking distance to the main square and all the restaurants and bars in Bacalar.

Cons:

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always had a good experience. This time, however, I stayed in one of the "tiny house" rooms on the upper floors. There was no internet in the rooms and since their was no signal in the area, I had to stay in the common areas to access internet. In addition, the room was very hot even with the AC - I think because the bed is located high up the AC didn't cool the sleeping area down. Maybe this was just an issue with my particular room, but overall it was uncomfortable to sleep.

Die Stiegen zum Bett in den Zimmern sind wirklich sehr steil
Leider hat das Schließsystem in einem unserer Zimmer Probleme gemacht - wir konnten das Zimmer problemlos wechseln aber macht euch unbedingt mit dem Schließsystem bekannt bevor ihr am Abend die Unterkunft verlässt, da in der Nacht kein Personal vor Ort ist

Excelente fin de semana.
Pros:

La Alberca esta espectacular, el primer dia nos la pasamos ahi y todo muy maravilloso. Los cuartos estan muy comodos y sin duda muy acogedores. Las terrazas son un muy buen punto para pasar el rato en la tarde.
