This hotel did not just feel like a place to stay, it truly felt more like home. The entire atmosphere, the people, and the energy created such a warm and genuine family feeling from the very first moment. It’s rare to experience hospitality like this, where people genuinely do everything they can to make you feel comfortable, welcome, and cared for. The service went far beyond anything we expected - personal, authentic, and full of heart.

The location is perfect, only three minutes from the beach, in the quieter part of Playa de Palma. Even though the hotel is close to the airport, we could barely hear the planes. It was surprisingly peaceful, calm, and incredibly relaxing. The mornings on the rooftop with a cup of coffee, doing a little work while enjoying the peaceful surroundings, were simply unforgettable. One of those places where you truly feel your shoulders relax.

Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. You can really feel that this is a family-run hotel, which gives it such an authentic and personal charm compared to larger hotels. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the entire place had such a beautiful energy and atmosphere that made us feel completely at home. We will definitely come back. This place truly left a mark on us.

prima kamer ontvangst prima ontbijt en uitchecken was minder

Cons:

Nou niet echt tegen vallen maar wanneer het ontbijt om 8.00 aanvangt en je bent dan zo plm 10 minuten te vroeg, denk maar niet dat ze je koffie aanbieden of de deur van de ontbijt sevice openen nee hoor 8,00 uur vind ik een beetje kwalijk gooi open joh waar lig je van wakker 10 minuten schei uit zeg en de hele nacht een hond blaffen dat begrijp ik echt niet niet buiten het hotel nee binnen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Speziell Ana, Dani und Aina.

Cons:

Manche deutschen Gäste hatten ein schlechtes Benehmen. Ich weiß jetzt, was fremdschämen bedeutet.

This is not 4 star hotel, it is a small very nice hotel to stay for 1 or 2 nights but this definitely does not meet standards of 4 stars, so the description is misleading.

Bien pero mejorable
Pros:

El personal es muy amable y atento. Camas muy cómodas y silencioso en las noches. No dispone de parking pero se encuentra en el aparcamiento por la zona. Además de que nos guardaron las maletas tras el check-out.

Cons:

Nuestro principal disgusto fue el olor de la habitacion ya que el desagüe de la ducha desprecia olores desagradables y fuertes. Además de que el aire acondicionado no parecía funcionar muy bien.

It was a nice pleasent stay. Breakfast was huge and also the staffs are freindly. I can recommend.
Pros:

Location. It's very nearby to the Beach, Airport, Restaurants, Supershops and free parking on roads.

Cons:

The guests from other room were awake most of the nights, loud and making noises. We couldn’t sleep well few days.

La ubicación

Cons:

Limpieza pésima, camas sucias, suelo lleno de pelos, camas llenas de pelos, incluso manchas en las sábanas, el distribuidor de gel de ducha ( lo único que hay a disposición) estaba roto, y lo reparamos nosotros, el servicio básico ya que no hay suficiente personal, nada que ver precio calidad, he pagado demasiado para lo que es.
No lo recomiendo !!

Le signore delle pulizie non cambiano gli asciugamani giornalmente e non so il motivo per il quale ci hanno assegnato una camera con bagno per persone disabili, il water era dentro la doccia . Di conseguenza si allagava l’intero bagno
