Las albercas.. las atenciones de recepciónistas.. y personal en todas las áreas...
No hay espacio suficiente para estacionamiento dejar el vehículo en la calle me golpearon... No tener elevadores.. en la habitación no tener suficientes contactos eléctricos... El baño muy reducido.... Piso rústico... Clima minisplit.. ruidoso.. para descansar...
Las instalaciones muy bonitas, limpias y la atención del personal.
El gimnasio no tiene prendido el aire acondicionado siempre por lo que al momento de hacer ejercicio es muy caliente.
La ubicación está excelente, a solo 5 minutos en auto del centro de la ciudad y frente a la Marina, es decir, si buscas tomar algún tour por las bahías, el hotel tiene la ubicación inmejorable. El desayuno americano estuvo muy bien, tienen muy bien personal de cocina porque todo estuvo delicioso. Tienen tres piscinas en el área del hotel y una más en un club de playa que está a menos de 5 minutos caminando, así que tienes para estar en la piscina y también ver un poco del mar que está en el área de la Marina. Las habitaciones espaciosas y muy limpias siempre. El personal (tanto recepción, meseros, mantenimiento, limpieza, etc) fueron siempre muy amables. Definitivamente tuvimos una gran estancia.
Sólo por mencionar un poco, en una de las habitaciones el lavamanos tardaba un poco en que se fuera el agua, pero en general no tuvimos ningún problema.
