Bon emplacement
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait pour être à proximité des quelques ruelles animées du centre sans pour autant pâtir du bruit en soirée. La vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse du petit déjeuner est superbe. L’accueil est souriant et les chambres de taille convenable

Cons:

La piscine était fermée lors de notre séjour et nous aurions aimé avoir l’info sur booking avant de réserver. Attention l’hôtel est accessible par une pente un peu raide mais la proximité du centre animé permet de ne pas monter trop longtemps. Tout le village est pentu c’est un avantage d’être proche.

Overall we had a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return
Pros:

Located in a quiet area with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops. We had a few issues with our room when we first arrived, but the hotel manager Rabiya was extremely responsive to our concerns and quickly moved us to a new room, which was excellent! We found the breakfasts to be very good indeed. The staff were friendly and the pool was fabulous

Some minor refurbishment work being undertaken at the time but this was a minor inconvenience

Cons:

При бронировании не было информации, что отель находится на ремонте. Мы не могли попасть в отель, потому что автоматические двери не работали и только через несколько минут бармен, которая не говорит по-английски, подошла и вручную открыла их для нас, потом стала что-то объяснять по-турецки и кому-то звонить. Оказалось, что вызывала девушку на ресепшн, потому что там никого не было. Девушка нас заселила и сказала, что мы просто обои переклеиваем, а так всё ок, отель работает. Я уточнила, есть ли горячая вода, потому что мы пришли с Ликийской тропы и всё, о чем мечтали, это о горячем душе, - девушка подтвердила. Пока поднимались в номер стало ясно, что в отеле не только обои меняют, без отбойных молотков, но всё в строительном мусоре, бассейн на улице стоял без воды. Сам номер был чистым, кровать удобной. Но я была просто в бешенстве, из-за того, что в душе была еле тёплая вода, которая ещё и переключалась на ледяную сама по себе. Я так поняла, что у них стоят бойлеры, в которых закончилась горячая вода к вечеру (когда мы заехали), потому что на следующее утро вода была горячей. У нас был номер с завтраком и, проснувшись, я решила позвонить на ресепшн и уточнить, где и когда можно будет позавтракать. Дозвониться я не смогла, как и найти хоть кого-то из персонала в 7.30 утра. Номер телефона, указанный в букинге, тоже молчал. Тогда мы собрали свои вещи и решили выселиться из отеля. Когда спустились на первый этаж, обнаружили одну женщину, которая занималась приготовлением завтраков - на часах было 8.30 - и на этом спасибо, как говорится, завтрак был сносным.
Резюме: отель я не рекомендую, но благодарю девушку с ресепшена, которая посоветовала нам местное кафе, где готовят кебаб, - было очень вкусно.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay and can truly say this was one of our favorite trips. Kalkan itself is by far the best place in the area, and the location of the hotel couldn’t be better, just a 5-minute walk to the center, yet very quiet.

The rooms are fully renovated, beautifully done, and the WiFi works perfectly. There’s also convenient parking right in front of the property, which made everything very easy.

The whole place has a wonderful atmosphere, but the highlight is definitely the rooftop where breakfast is served.

What made our stay truly special, though, were the people. The owner and the manager are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They even invited us for tea.

We will definitely come back and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kalkan.

Pros:

Le rooftop pour le petit déjeuner est vraiment fantastique.

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas très propre. Les agents de nettoyage devraient être plus attentif surtout dans la salle de bain (toilette sale / miniature de produits de douche déjă utilisé/ cheveux et poussière).
Il n'y a pas de parking, seulement des places gratuites dans la rue.

Close to the Bus terminal, great ocean view.
Pros:

The location is good, has a nice clean pool, clean rooms, good facilities. Staff is the best part both at the reception as well as the restaurant. The rooftop restaurant has amazing views. Tip: Don’t waste money on expensive sea side restaurants. This is on a hill and rooftop view is awesome.

Cons:

Non peak season prices could be a bit lower.

Overall, and really pleasant little hotel on a Kalkan hillside. The staff were nice, the room was clean and had everything I needed, breakfast was lovely, and the pool/outdoor area was fantastic.

Cons:

Absolutely not a problem, but be aware that there's some steep streets up from the harbour area to the hotel. A challenge after a few glasses of wine!

Pros:

Очень хороший номер и, главное, красивый вид из него на море. Большой балкон. Доброжелательный персонал. Завтрак проходит на крыше, откуда открывается еще более красивый вид на море. Завтрак не очень разнообразный, но голодными точно не останетесь. В отеле достаточно тихо, мы спим без кондиционера, а с открытыми окнами, но ночью никакие громкие звуки не нарушали сон. В 15 минутах ходьбы чудесный пляж, где можно взять лежаки, а можно просто расстелить свое полотенце.

Cons:

Ужасный вай фай. Постоянно отключается. Да даже во включенном виде практически нельзя ни фотки отправить, ни поговорить. И нужно учитывать, что отель находится на склоне холма, т.е. к морю легко идти, а вот обратно в горку минут 15.

Pros:

Отель очень симпатичный. Современный стиль. Номера прекрасные с боковым видом на море. Вкусные завтраки с прекрасным выбором сыров, овощей, зелени. Завтрак проходит на 5 этаже с отличным видом на море и острова.
Прекрасное расположение - близость к вокзалу и центральной прогулочной зоне, пляжу и магазинам. Не хотелось уезжать
