Ok for one night.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Cooked breakfast was great.

Cons:

Bath, shower and basin in room was blocked. Decor was tired. Generally the place felt dirty, the floors were sticky.

Staff fantastic, room and location a little misleading
Pros:

The staff were fabulous from check in until check out, food was good and staff kindly delivered to our room after a long drive.

Cons:

The room was right above the kitchen (we think) and heavy industrial fan noise until nearly 9pm.
The hotel itself was located on a main road whereas we expected from the pictures to be in a more quiet countryside setting

Pros:

Well located with ample parking. The rooms were large and clean and the beds were comfortable. Although bookings made a mistake in letting us have one room the manager somehow fitted us in and this was well appreciated..

Well located, friendly hotel with excellent restaurant.
Pros:

Location within walking distance of the caves and gorge. Excellent staff, very friendly and good restaurant. Ample parking. Great breakfast. Daily housekeeping.

One night in Chedder
Pros:

The Bath Arms Hotel is a Pub/Restaurant/Hotel. It's right in the centre of Chedder. It's on the main road, but it was quiet at bed time so not a problem. It's a very popular place the bar and restaurant were very busy on the midweek night that we stayed there. The food is all cooked fresh when ordered so there can be a short wait, but it's worth it. We had an evening meal and breakfast, Both were Excellent.
Our bedroom was a superior double, very large and very clean. The bathroom was also very large with a shower over a bath. It too was nice and clean.
All the staff were very friendly and super helpful.

Cons:

My only niggle was that the very large double bed had a obvious joint down the middle (two singles pushed together) not normally a problem, but on this occasion it was.
It's a very old listed building so expect a few anomalies it's part of its character. .

Fantastic accommodation with friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

The location was ideal for exploring Cheddar. The room was clean and very comfortable. The shower was fantastic. The food was excellent and great value for money. The staff were friendly and very helpful nothing was too much trouble

Cons:

The only negative was there wasn’t a plug near either mirror for the hair dryer
