Very friendly and accommodating staff. Allowed us to leave our car on the day of leaving while we went to visit the caves. Fresh milk for room available in little flasks. Biscuits, peanuts and jelly babies in room. Lovely breakfast and fab pub.
WiFi was a bit fickle.
The staff were so friendly. A special mention to Murray who was so welcoming.

A great welcome and staff were friendly throughout our stay. Food was great especially the eton mess.
Room and bathroom were spacious, very clean and well decorated. Complimentary Soaps, shampoos and lotions, as well as tea, coffee, nuts and sweets.

Location was beautiful. Breakfast included in the price is a fresh cooked breakfast rather than purely continental. Staff were very friendly.
Staff were excellent and the rooms were nice. We stayed during the heatwave so it was hot in the room but there was a fan provided so sleeping was fine. We were also given bottles of water on our departure, a thoughtful touch. Lovely breakfast and complementary snacks in the room. Room was also spacious. Great location.
Our room was at the front which was a bit noisy (windows open) with people outside and traffic but the noise died down at a reasonable hour.
The staff were attentive and helpful throughout and did there best when dealing with an issue or when providing information.

The heat in the room given the external temp was only 24/25, was extreme and the fan provided not fit for any purpose. Was replaced but seen better days.

The wifi was down and after convincing the team that I was correct and can connect to WiFi via devices, they checked and reset. It then worked.
Plastic from TV fell off.

De kamers liggen aan een doorgaande weg. Als je het raam opendoet, dan kan je niet slapen door het zware verkeer. Geen airco. Dus op warme dagen slaap je heel slecht daar.
