Rundum perfekt
Pros:

Wir waren mit Allem sehr zufrieden, die Lage ist top und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Hervorzuheben, dass ein Teil des Frühstücksbuffet extra für WGT Gäste angepasst wurde, sehr tolerant und lobenswert!

The property was great. The staff were great. The location was great. The price was a bit high but this is because there was a major sporting event happening in town.

Perfekte Lage.
Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet.
Frühstück von hoher Qualität.
Angenehmes Ambiente im Frühstücksraum trotz ausgelastetem Hotel.
Unserem Zimmerwunsch wurde entsprochen.

Cons:

Wir baten darum, dass meine Tochter zum Frühstück kommen könnte, selbstverständlich gegen Bezahlung.
Die Art und Weise, wie der Angestellte an der Rezeption dies verweigerte, war überheblich und nicht kundenorientiert.
Aussagen wie "ich bin komplett ausgebucht, dann bekomme ich einen auf den Deckel" etc.
Wir sprachen wd. des Aufenthalts mit zwei anderen, sehr netten, Rezeptionsangestellten, die uns den Wunsch erfüllt hätten.
Wir waren befremdet über die Tatsache, dass es keine generelle Handhabung gibt, sondern die Entscheidung der Laune eines einzelnen überlassen wird.
Schade, wir sind oft in Leipzig und werden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen, obwohl es die Chance hatte, unser Favorit zu werden.
