Hotel świetnie zlokalizowany w centrum, przy samym dworcu. Pokój czysty, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Podróżowaliśmy z psem dla którego w pokoju znaleźliśmy posłanie, miseczki i smaczki - było to niezwykle miłe. Bardzo miła i pomocna Pani w recepcji. Pyszne i urozmaicone śniadania.

Pros:

Super Frühstück, sehr viel Auswahl und auch genug Platz an den Tischen. Man wurde nach Zimmer Wünschen bei der Ankunft gefragt das war super. Betten sind bequem die Zimmer schön und ausreichend groß. Die Lage am Bahnhof ist super zentral. Wir konnten externe zum Frühstück dazu buchen das war auch gut.

Sehr angenehmes Wohnen. Alles sauber. Parkmöglichkeit nicht direkt am/im Hotel (150 Meter) 15 Eu/Tag
Cons:

Sehr dunkel gehalten. In einem Hotel w+ünsche ich mir helle Räume und helles Ambiente. Alles Grau in Grau und Schwarz. Ansonsten alles perfekt!

Ich war mit meiner Tochter auf der Heimreise . Leider hatte ich mir 2 Tage zuvor das Bein gebrochen und hatte mich vorab sowohl schriflich als auch telefonisch über die Entfernungen zum Parkhaus erkundigt . Hierauf habe ich erst ungenaue und dann 2 verschiedene Aussagen erhalten. Ich konnte zwar das Gepäck vor dem Hotel ausladen, es war aber niemand bereit eine Lösung zu finden wir ich vom Parkhaus mit 2 Krücken ( noch nicht sicher unterwegs ) zum Hotel kommen könnte.
Da dann auch noch der Aufzug dort kaputt war, hatte ich nur Glück , daß mich eine nette Frau mitgenommen hat.
Meine Tochter wurde angepflaumt als sie die erbetenen Eiswürfel zu Kühlen abgeholt hat. Am nächsten Morgen habe ich nochmals um Hilfestellung gebeten und nur die Antwort erhalten: Können wir nicht. Nicht mal der Ansatz einer Hilfestellung.
Erst ein Taxi hat mich dann ins Parkhaus in den 3. Stock gefahren. So etwas ist mir auf allen meinen Reisen weltweit noch nie paasiert.
