Me gustó la ubicación excelente, la alberca muy bonita y el personal amable.
Tuvimos problemas con la primera habitación y la recepcionista muy amable nos cambió de cuarto al lado del elevador en reparación 🤦🏻♀️
Las instalaciones son viejas, están haciendo remodelaciones pero no respetan el sueño del invitado nosotros fuimos a una fiesta en la ciudad llegamos de madrugada y las reparaciones del elevador empezaron a las 9 am fue una falta de respeto. La noche siguiente la habitación de al lado tenía fiesta a las 4 am y los huéspedes gritaban mucho el personal no les dijo nada hasta después de una hora pésimo servicio. La primera habitación que nos dieron el aire no funcionó y el baño estaba sucio.
No desayunamos, ni ingerimos ningún alimento..
El buffet me pareció caro!!las
Las toallas y sábanas demasiado viejas y olían mal.
La camarera nos ayudó tratando de poner mejores!!
Como están en reparación, sin yo darme cuenta!

Llaves del baño ( lavabo) medio difícil de abrir .
Las habitaciones son muy cómodas
No son transparentes con la información y algunos empleados son muy groseros, me dijeron en el check in que tenía desayuno incluido y cuando terminamos de desayunar me cobraron casi 800 pesos , y está bien pero la forma en que me lo dijo la del restaurante me molestó mucho, me avergonzó delante de los demás huéspedes

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. The shuttle service was outstanding—prompt, convenient, and truly made our stay even easier. Shout out to Daniel and Ramiro for their outstanding service and hospitality.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

The pool is nice
My reservation was not in their system, they ended uo charging me more than the quoted price. The rooms AC did not work properly so they brought a very loud fan to make up for it
Location was secure
Sheets were not fully clean some lipstick stains and other , water bottles opened half way, didn’t feel safe drinking that , expensive for the amenities, elevator not working , had to call multiple times to ensure reservation was respected and while arriving I still had issues finding reservation

La limpieza podría mejorar, no estaba sucio pero tampoco estaba 100% limpio, una almohada olía raro, las sábanas estaban manchadas, creo que la limpieza podría mejorar
El desayuno es muy aceptable
*Aunque hubo una confusión de si estaba o no incluído (me querían cobrar $800 pesos x 2 personas) lo cuál se me hizo excesivo... Al final se aclaró y si estaba incluído en la reserva, parece que falta comunicación.
- Es un hotel muy ruidoso, debido a que está en el cruce de 2 avenidas muy transitadas.
- El internet es intermitente.
- Parcialmente remodelado.
