Not a comfortable stay. Not clean and definitely not quiet

The room was hot and we had the temperature at its lowest, there was some type of party downstairs it was vibrating our rooms , bugs on the interior of the window and walls were dirty also furniture was dirty. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
