Overall a good stay, good location. A bit over priced but the staff was super friendly
Pros:

The room was overall clean and bed was comfortable

Cons:

The shower needed to be cleaned. The price is too high. The breakfast needs more variety. The fresh fruits were spoiled with fuzz on them and were mixed with the other fruits. Fruit flies were sooooo much in our room

Pros:

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and having a restaurant and bar on site was so convenient.

Cons:

Our bathroom was super small. Theres definitely not enough room if more than 1 person was in there at the same time. This wasnt a deal breaker for us though. We would totally book another stay.

Bugs. The first room I went to had bugs in it, so I went to the front desk about it. The second room

The location was fine. It was close to where I was going for a specialized doctor's appointment. It was next to the road, which was rather loud, but they cannot really control that.

Bugs. The first room I went to had bugs in it, so I went to the front desk about it. The second room they gave me (on a different floor) also had bugs. When I went to the front desk about bugs in the second room, staff got mad at me and threatened that I would "have to find another place to stay" if I "kept checking the room". As a woman who was travelling, that didn't help me feel any safer. Of course, I'm checking the room for bugs and other things. I'm a woman who is travelling out of state. It's a concern of general safety.

At this price point it’s a terrible value for money. Mariott Residences just 3 mins away is a much better option.

Cons:

1. The hotel is quite shabby and needs renovation.
2. The breakfast is inedible.
3. There was a wedding party on Saturday night in the hotel. As our room window faced the inner garden, we had music, loud conversations and noices till 1AM.

Over all the stay was great. the Staff at the front desk were great.
Pros:

it closed 10 minutes early so we had to eat somewhere else.

Cons:

The Breakfast as stated before closed early and personnel were not that friendly when asked about why it closed early.
