I'd recommend this hotel with 5 stars.
Pros:

Check in was easy. Rooms were close to each other like requested. Rooms were very clean; very comfortable beds. Good location. Easy to get to Shakopee (Renaissance Festival). Needed extra blankets, staff brought them to our room. Great place to stay.

Cons:

There was nothing we were unhappy with.

Pros:

New Modern and clean.
Nice location to Canterbury and new amphitheater and to Boardwalk restaurant and bar

Good hotel coffee. Offered inclusive breakfast but we didn’t eat it.

Cons:

The bed is not very firm or plush
And the shower head was worn and little water pressure. No lotion in the bathroom

Great place to stay for concert-goers
Pros:

Great location in proximity to the Mystic Lake concert venue. We were able to walk from the hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable and met our needs. The bed was nice. The bathroom was very nice as well.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little low on quantity.

Poor Breakfast

Cons:

Bookkeeping dept. had my reservation wrong.
I booked two nights and my credit card was already charged for two nights.
When I checked in I confirmed that I was booked for two nights. So we were surprised that someone from management came to our room the second day and asked why we were still there. I explained why and he said he would check on it.
We didn't hear anything more so my wife took our printed reservation to the front to show them. The desk clerk said he would take care of it.
I will be staying at other hotels in the area in the future.

Perfect place to stay if you're attending an event at the Mystic Lake Amphitheater.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and we slept well. Surprisingly quiet. Excellent location for us. We took the bicycle "taxi" from the hotel to the Amphitheater and then back again. It was fun and different and quick and easy.

Cons:

The snacks for purchase were limited, out of several items. Front desk said it was a third party and they hadn't re-stocked. We both thought the breakfast was just okay. Some fresh fruit would have been nice, even a banana.

Location to amphitheater was perfect!

Cons:

Room was on 1st floor and had an assortment of bugs including a decent-sized silverfish/centipede in the bathroom, crickets, and a spider in the main area. Bathroom wall looked stained, like someone had been sick at one time, and it hadn’t been scrubbed well. Did not look like a recent thing, so didn’t complain, just was noticeable.

Outside of that, the bed was comfy, room was relatively quiet, even though we were located just off the lobby and the location was super convenient.

Very few walkable areas, however close to many attractions and restaurants by car or rideshare. Easy access to HWY 169.

Clean and comfortable. Room was somewhat smaller than other Fairfields I have visited, especially the newer construction types.

Pre-arrival, I texted asking for a high-floor which was granted. Received a very warm welcome at check-in. Texted in the morning for late check-out; delayed response but granted.

Newer Fairfield with adequate parking and well-maintained public areas, including the well-stocked breakfast area. Somewhat noisy parking lot after-hours.

Value for Money (5/5)
<$100 for weekday evening.

Room and all public areas were clean.

Everything I could have wanted!
Pros:

I loved the location of this hotel! I also loved the breakfast and how friendly the staff was! Very clean and also very simple hotel! Loved!
