Pros:

Large clean unit, with comfortable beds and furnishings. Great location, close to beach, restaurants, shops and transport.
These are older units, but the three bedroom apartment we had was huge.

Cons:

Only complaint was a lack of power points in one of the bedrooms

The stay was fantastic on all fronts.
Pros:

Everything was 10 out of 10. Staff lovely and so obliging. Apartment so spacious and perfect for 2 single ladies. Pool etc. perfect.

Fabulous Broadbeach holiday
Pros:

Beautiful apartment, spacious,modern and very well fitted out. Loved the location, being just a few minutes walk to so many things. Grounds were immaculate. Was a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Might have liked the heated pool to feel a bit warmer so we could stay in for longer.

The location was excellent. Facilities were spotlessly clean and new. Lovely pool and 2 spas. Well appointed gym. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The staff need to be more happy smiles and customer friendly

The pool and spa was amazing very well presented

Cons:

The lady at the reception was very unhappy being there not customer friendly nor helpful it felt like we were a burden and she couldn’t be bothered

Pros:

Fantastic view and quality of apartment. Location is great too, just a short walk from the beach and cbd shopping/restaurant strip. Very pleasantly surprised by the size of the floorplan and number of beds, we could probably room with a few more mates in the same apartment next time!

Cons:

Only having a single key to the apartment was an inconvenience with different roommates getting back late at night.
