Excellent hotel with friendly staff, great breakfast, and a convenient location. We would happily stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food. The room was quiet and we had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that the common restroom areas felt quite warm, especially as there was no air conditioning in that area and the temperature was around 21°C. Other than that, everything was very good.

If we had AC, it would have been perfect.
Pros:

The property was beautiful.

Cons:

No AC, it was very hot. We came during a heatwave, but we were miserable.

Nice place, good location, outstanding staff.
Pros:

The friendly and efficient staff. Checking in and out was easy and straightforward. The hotel's overall finish and comfort is very good. The location suited our needs, close to the Grand Canal and with easy access to local restaurants and pubs. The breakfast offering is comprehensive and good value.

Cons:

When having drinks in the bar it would be a nice touch if a small plate of 'nibbles' was offered as standard practice. Also, the range of 'light bites' in the bar/restaurant was limited. For us, a small range of tapas on offer would have hit the spot.
